This was exactly what we hoped it would be. A lovely home with comfortable beds, nice showers, plenty of bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is basically the basement TV room - which is great for common areas, but not so great if you wanted that 4th bedroom to be a private area (we didn't need it, so it was great for us). The 2 car garage was great as well.

We came to town for the BYU/ISU game. The house was a great location and perfect for our group of 5 adults. The bus to the stadium was only 1 block from the house and very easy to use. Jen was a great host who gave us many ideas and was quick to answer when we had questions. If we are back in 2 years for the game, we will definitely look into staying here again.

Our group came for 4 day event. This home was lovely and is so comfortable. It is centrally located and easy to get around. Home was quiet at night. It is equipped with everything that is needed. Well done! I hope to stay for are annual event again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had enough room for our family of 6 to spread out and have some space. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. My family enjoyed doing the puzzles together that the property owner had in their game collection. We would definitely stay here again!

Two moms stayed with two teens for events at the BYU campus. It was so convenient to the campus and to groceries, not to mention the university avenue with cool shops to explore. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for a college area, just occasional people out late. As for

We enjoyed staying here the week before Christmas. There was everything we needed there, including holiday decorations. The bedrooms and basement are on the large size. The gas fireplaces were a nice extra touch and put off plenty of heat. Location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this property! To us, it is our second home. It has everything you need. Beds are cozy with plenty of blankets. Kitchen is stocked for cooking meals. Games and movies in the basement ends the day just right. Walking distance to eateries and shops. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

This place is way cuter than the pictures in the listing and the location can't be beet. We stayed two nights with five adult women friends. The location near downtown Provo restaurants and shops made us really love the town. We felt safe and enjoyed ourselves.

We loved the cottage!! We found it to be even better than described and better than what the pictures showed. Lilly loved the bean bag and all the BYU blankets. We wanted a place close to our daughters' apartments and this was perfect. An added bonus is that it was within walking distance to Sodalicious!! Thanks for the great place to stay. We hope to return in the future.

This place was pretty much perfect - so much so that I almost don’t want anyone else to know about it. Ideal location, close to everything, yet tucked away on quiet streets just a block away from the main thoroughfare - but you wouldn’t even know it. Literally 2 minutes to campus but easy to escape town to the south or head about 5 minutes west to catch the freeway to the north. Well appointed with everything we needed. Spacious enough to house the whole family and provide plenty of breathing room. Can’t say enough good things. Host was super responsive and I’m confident she would have helped us with anything we needed - but we didn’t need anything. Hope this place is always available when we’re out that way.
