About this condo rental
Nestled in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $692 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This condo is perfectly located on the 5th floor on the west side (best side) of the complex with spectacular views of the bay, Pass Bridge, pools, lazy river and boats floating by. Master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to waterfront balcony. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and dual vanities. Guest bedroom one has a king bed and attached private bath with walk in shower. Guest bedroom two has two queen beds with attached private bath. Our condo offers luxury linens, custom created furniture, local artwork and beachy decor. The unit sleeps a total of 11 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked. Phoenix on the Bay includes a gated entrance, a parking deck for every floor of the complex, one of Orange Beach's longest lazy rivers, multiple pools, kids water slides, two hot tubs, a full sized gym and fitness facility, a small beach near marina, putting golf green, a large grass kids playing area on the water, and lighted tennis courts. For bicycle enthusiasts, a sidewalk runs from our condo all the way to the Gulf State backcountry trail system. OWA amusement park and outlet shopping are a short drive away. Parking passes are required and are available for purchase at the front desk upon your arrival. Costs average $55 per pass. This cost is paid directly to Brett Robinson and not related to or included in your vrbo.com reservation. Gulf front beaches are only minutes away by car! The drive time is approximately five minutes. BOAT SLIPS AVAILABLE: For those bringing their boat, boat slip rentals, and trailer parking for nearly any sized boat are available directly through the condo association (we provide you the contact information upon booking for you to set up your boat slip rental directly with the association). Trailer parking is approximately $5 plus tax, per night. Boat slips start at $22 plus tax, per night. For your convenience, there is even an onsite boat ramp! INQUIRIES / QUOTES / AVAILABILITY: Our inquiry response is generally identical to what is shown on the reservation calculator, unless it is a snowbird, extended stay request, or you need a last minute reservation. Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you from vrbo.com. An informational email on the condo, directions, etc. will then be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This email will come from the owner of 1505, [email protected]. We have a keyless entry system, so the access code information will be included in this email. RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card within seven business days following your checkout.

Beautiful unit at equally beautiful condo! Unit is exactly as pictured, beds are comfy, and owner is very responsive! (Just watch out for the glass coffee table corners … be sure you leave adequate room and don’t cut the corners, lol, they aren’t forgiving.) The lazy river and pool area are clean and enjoyable. We brought the jet skis and boat; LOVED the on-site boat launch and available boat slip. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great Stay!
This was our 2nd time staying in 1505. It’s a great condo for our family vacation. Beds are great, kitchen is stocked & the view is perfect. We bring our boat & enjoy island days as well as the lazy river. The owner is great to work with and very responsive.

This condo was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was so comfortable and every need was fulfilled from the super comfy beds to the well stocked kitchen to the beautiful decor, everything was just perfect! The owner was so gracious and made sure all of our questions were answered in a friendly/timely manner. We love the Orange Beach area and will return to this unit in particular in the future.

We’ve stayed at POB many time over the years with our children when they were younger. They are now 22 and 17! This was by far our favorite condo. We chose this unit for our daughter’s spring break and we were not disappointed! We look forward to booking thing unit again in the near future!

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Phoenix on the bay! The property was just as advertised, clean, beautifully decorated and Amazing views! The property owner Lindsey was a phone call away and handled any issues that we had right away! I highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect location! Great Condo with awesome pools and the Lazy River. Very good Restaurants near by . Just a heads up you will need to pick up everything for your stay like salt,pepper. coffee filters, paper towels and etc. The kitchen is stocked with all modern appliances and that type of things. Beautiful Decor through out the Condo. You won't be disappointed..

This was our first time coming to the area. We brought our three young boys and my older mom who uses a motorized scooter due to knee replacement. This space was perfect for us. The kitchen and dining space didn’t feel crowded and the walk-in shower in one room for mom was a plus!!! Close to the elevators made it easy to come up and down to the water park. Loved everything about this place and this condo! Balcony gives a great view of the water park and the bay. Having on-site laundry was also great! The place was very clean and spacious so we didn’t feel crammed and could relax to watch a movie of an evening. We ventured out each day but everyone enjoyed the pools, slide and lazy river the most. The only downside would be that fitness center has limited hours and no free weights but on vacation it’s not that big of a deal! Love love love! No regrets.

The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and accommodate our sleeping needs. My mother in law and mom said they slept like a baby. The lazy river and water slide were so much fun! My husband and I really enjoyed the serenity of the resort. The drive to the Cotton Bayou beach entrance was a short 5-6 mins away. The beach had clean public restrooms and restaurants nearby. A ROCKSTAR CONDO OWNER!!!
My daughter was getting married 2 weeks after the devastating hurricane Sally hit OBA. This owner went above and beyond to make our weekend so special and calmed me by checking status of this condo/ reassuring me all would be fine and communicating with me in a very timely manner. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was close to the venue- the process was smooth and stress free. With everything we had to coordinate and reschedule/modify- staying at this condo was a peaceful and a wonderful experience. I can't say enough postive things.... I would love to stay there again... hopefully soon! 5 STAR in every category!
