This luxury condo at Regency Isle is located directly on the beach and sleeps up to six. Once you see this beautiful two bedroom, 1300+ sq. foot condo, with breathtaking views of the gulf and beaches, you'll never want to leave. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views from your oversized 10'x30' balcony or by the pool. Inclement weather? No problem! Enjoy the indoor heated pool with hot tub, sauna, steam room or work out in the fitness center.
This professionally decorated TENTH floor, non-smoking unit features two bedrooms, two and half baths(jacuzzi in master) and nine foot ceilings. Very spacious! The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full size appliances, wet bar with sink and Beverage Refrigerator. This unit comes with everything, just like home!
The bedrooms include a King in master suite, two full beds in the second bedroom. There are also combination TV/DVD's in bedrooms and DVD/BluRay Player in living area.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay at this condo. The space was clean and very adequate. The decor was very well appointed (a few pieces I would love to buy) and this felt like a treat to be in. We loved the size of the veranda, as we were out there most of the time. The one time I contacted the owner with a question, he was immediately responsive and helpful. We also appreciated the closet of beach toys-- boogey boards, beach chairs, etc. All were appreciated. The condo is 1/2 mi walk to the FL border and Flora-Bama Lounge (great raw oysters). Just an heads up: the water pressure is weak and the time it took for the water to turn hot was lengthy. Also the refrigerator doors on the wet bar and the kitchen appliance require a bit of coaxing-- nothing major. Lastly, if you prefer natural fiber toweling, bring your own. We resorted to the owners stash of towels meant for accidental messes because they were cotton ;) Overall, YES! We most certainly would stay here again. Thank you, John and Sue!!

This was an awesome location with great views of the Gulf from the tenth floor balcony. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Flora-Bama. Definitely go back next year.

Entire experience was 5 stars, from booking to checking in, communicating with owner, all exceeded our expectations. The condo and location are fabulous, exceptionally clean, quiet, very spacious, amazing views, comfortable beds and furniture, huge balcony with a nice table and chairs overlooking the manicured beach, wow! Kitchen ad dining area are very large and having the washer and dryer is helpful too. Owner is very pleasant to work with, which is a huge bonus. This is the place to book if you're vacationing in Orange Beach.
