About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $341 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The owner of this condo is an interior decorator. No expense has been spared on the furnishings. Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and many great restaurants with-in walking distance!!! Each floor has 12 condos that is served by 4 Hi speed elevators. All quest have reserved covered parking in joining parking garage. This unit is professionally decorated and is a platinum rated accommodation--everything you could possibly need to share a wonderful family vacation. In the Great Room you will find a sofa that makes into a queen size bed-- The TV is a large flat screen hanging on the wall. The patio doors that open to the Gulf!!! A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the Dining area over looking the gulf. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass doors to the balcony. In the Master Bathroom you will have a large walk-in closet, private toilet and a Huge dual head shower. The master bedroom has a 36 inch flat screen tv. The 2nd bedroom has coordinated bed linens, furnishings, and bath accessories. A king sized bed is dressed with custom linens. Also has a flat screen tv. A large utility room with a full size washer&dryer is also available for your convenience. ****High Speed internet included at no cost. ---bring your laptop. NO SMOKING PLEASE The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly. ***This property is no longer pet friendly***

1702 is an Amazing place!! My son, and I came for a father and son trip and it was perfect! Pictures don’t do it justice of how beautiful it is. With the huge balcony overlooking the most beautiful water and beach you’ve ever seen that even if I wanted to I couldn’t give constructive criticism. I ended up booking two extra nights just because it was so fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be looking forward to booking again. Again, I can’t recommend 1702 enough. The decor and layout makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to rent it!

We live in Navarre and wanted a little staycation. This location was great! It was towards the end of Thomas Drive, so it was not crowded. We walked to Scooners and Newbys on the curve. The state park is close and we walked the beach to their pier. Location was great, comfy beds and they even let us have a late checkout when my work wanted me to be on a conference call at checkout time.

We were thrilled with our stay at Treasure Island. The condo was perfect - so beautiful and everything we needed was there. We loved the location- walking distance to many great restaurants. This has now become our favorite place to stay. Each room has it's own parking place which was very appealing when you leave - you know your parking place is available when you return. We will return and loved this trip!

The check in process was very simple and smooth. When we walked in the condo was very clean and ready for us. It is so beautiful! The decor is so great and there’s plenty of seating for our family of 5. The nook with the bunk beds is so cool! The beds in the condo are so comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious. With being on 17th floor is was high up but the balcony view was great. Huge balcony with great furniture to enjoy the views! The location of the complex was great for us. It’s just at the start of the main strip so we were out of the way of the business but also very convenient to places we wanted to eat and shop and explore. We had the best time on our week at Panama City beach in this condo!!

First time at Treasure Island but will definitely be back. Everything was extremely nice. The condo was great the access to the pool and beach was quick and easy. Staff was helpful. Parking deck made it easy to get back and forth. Great location.

The condo was exactly as described. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular! We saw quite a bit of marine life. The condo is super spacious and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept so well! There is an area at the complex with really nice grills for renters to use. We didn’t use them, but the bunk beds were a smart addition to the space. The market by the pool came in very handy to grab a bite to eat. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Covered parking was also a plus! You will need to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels if you choose to not use the rentals in front of the condo. I could go on and on.

Unit was perfect! Exactly like advertised. View is awesome. Elevators were quick. Walking distance to enough restaurants and bars that I never had to drive all week. I even walked to the marina for my deep sea fishing. Really liked the location. I would definitely rent this unit again when I am back in Panama City.

This rental lives up to its “stunning” description and then some! My husband and I are so grateful to have had the pleasure of staying there. It’s beautifully decorated and really does have everything you think you’ll need during your stay. Everyone is so friendly and the beach view is priceless. The only downside we experienced was an issue with the main shower, but my husband contacted property management and the issue was addressed right away! If given the chance, I definitely look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend; you won’t be disappointed. 🙂

This property & condo was definitely on point with everything, in my/wife opinion. We normally (eight yrs) travel to the panhandle from DFW & I must say , this condo, Ohhhh!!! The view is Amazing!!!! 17th flr.. Yes Indeed. The balcony is huge. with loungers, chairs, table. etc . I fell asleep a couple of nights on the balcony. So relaxing & refreshing..
Now the condo inside was just like the picture shows. The.beds in both room was so soft, relaxing & comfortable.. Believe me, the beds, bedrooms. bathrooms. washer/dryer kitchen, utensils, closets, towels, etc, was available & Nice in the condo. You didn't need nothing else, other than pet pads for our furbaby. No problem. We always have them. The condo was decorated Beautifully!!!! The style fit the beach.. Kudos on that!!!
The property outside had trash chutes on every floor, so you didn't have to haul trash to bottom floor. Elevators were fast. Pet area .. Nice pool. Hot tub, conession area, drinks/foods. Beach was Wonderful!!! Soft White Sand. Clear Green/Blue Water!!!! Beautiful 😍

I choose this particular condo because it said pets welcome. Well, only one pet is welcome. I brought my two dogs. I was quickly told i would lose all my money if both my dogs stayed. What was I supposed to do? They suggest a kennel, NOOOOO I'm not taking my dog somewhere I don't know. Fortunately, my daughter was going back so she took one. Awful beginning. I was so excited to have them both at the beach.

My husband and I decided last minute to take a trip to Florida. We both needed a break from work and snow.
This was absolutely perfect for us. The view was phenomenal and the weather wasn't bad. It was a little chilly with the breeze from the ocean but much better than snow!!! The area had slowed down for winter and we found that to be perfect! Just what we needed.
We reached out to book for next winter. Loved our location and the view & proximity to the water couldn't of been any better.
