Nestled in Cornville, this attractive cottage for $197 per night is a great option for your next break. Serene, peaceful and rejuvenating property. Perched on a hilltop of Page Spring overlooking one of Caduceus premier vineyards.An island in the sky, with 360 birds eye view. This private ridge with sweeping views of Oak Creek, Page Springs, Dancing Apache Ranch and Javelina's Vineyard and tasting rooms. You can see the Mingus, Black Hills, Table Mountain and the S.F. peaks of Flagstaff. This property is centrally located and a hub for day trips to Sedona , Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood, Winetasting and the grand Canyons, but you may not want to leave. The cottage is cozy and it encumpuses a deluxe style. Fully stocked kitchen(everything you need-Gas stove top, Refregerator, freezer, ice macker, microwave, epresso /coffee machine), Tastefully furnished and decorated. It has a large Viking style wood bed, with Onics and Itailian tile floors through out.. it is equiped with a washer and Dryer(for long stays). Enjoy breathtaking sunset or stargazing evenings, with a glass of wine, on your own private patio, or walk/site among the the vines. Every morning starts with a fresh ground cup of coffee or expresso. There is a charming living room with a pullout sofa bed. We live on the property, so we are easily available by text, email or call anytime during your stay. We respect privacy at any level. Interaction with Host is welcome, if you need assistance with restaurants, sightseeing and activities in the area, or wine tours and tasting. Note : This cottage is pet friendly with a $40 per pet .

We absolutely loved this estate, the cottage was just perfect and so beautiful. We will definitely come back, maybe when the grapes are on the vine to see the beauty in that perspective. Our friends loved the guest suite also, they will come back too! You are wonderful gracious hosts and take very good care of this exclusive property. Cant wait to come back!

Highly recommend if you’re going to the Sedona area. Less than half an hour to Sedona and the trails. Silvina and Samuel were very friendly and helpful. You can just text them if there’s an issue and they take care of it. Several garages separate the rental unit from their house so there is plenty of privacy. Great view from the patio.

The location is outstanding! The condo is beautiful. Hosts were very welcoming and great communicators. Only suggestion…less knickknacks. Not a lot of space to put your stuff because there was so many “things” everywhere.

Great location overlooking private vineyard and the Oak Creek Valley. Close to many vineyards and places to see in the Verde Valley. Hosts were very informative and recommended outstanding restaurants and vineyards. They were pet friendly, and respected your privacy.

The property is a little hard to find but worth it. It is beautiful inside and out. Very cute with a great BBQ that was flawless and clean. The views are outstanding any time of day or night looking up at the sky at night.
With this said three things did not go well.
1. The picture of the yard looks big and great but that is the owners' dogs fence the fence for the rental is nice and well-built but is very small so only bring a small dog. we have two dogs one a medium (40lb dog) and the other a smaller (30 lb) dog, so the good thing is that I took a lot of walks with the dogs right across the street where the fish hatchery and eco walkways were.
2. It is not on the VRBO website for this Property but there is a $40 per pet non-refundable fee. this caused the property to be 20% more expensive. My wife and I were blindsided but reluctantly paid it in cash and in full. This was not right. They said it was in our acceptance communication from them, but I never read that I went with the advertised VRBO pricing.
3. The temperature control for the unit is with the hosts and the renters are not allowed to adjust temperatures so you he temperature in the unit changed. have to contact them as many times as you want to even a 1 deg change up or down.
With this said it was a great place to spend our anniversary and the hosts were great. We had a good time there and may come back without dogs the next time.

We enjoyed an outing to Jerome but were disappointed at the deferred maintenance of numerous homes and commercial buildings, especially as a historic place. So much to see and do that we look forward to our return!

Perched on a hill for beautiful sunset views. Had everything we needed for our 3 day stay with 2 adult children and mom. While small, it was perfect for our home base while taking in the surrounding scenery, hiking, shopping and wineries. Clean and warm! Proprietor was friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Exceptional communication and response time from first booking until leaving a week later. Clean and well equipped in every room including the patio with a big sky view and distant mountains. A wonderfully quiet place for two, centrally located for our adventures to Sedona (hiking and music concert), Mount Mingus (above Jerome for a 200 mile view), Red Rocks State Park (hiking, birding, and natural history tours, and Arcosanti to the south. Great places to wine and dine all around.

The gate would not open as we were trying to leave for my son's wedding, making an already anxious event more stressful. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights due to the cold temperature in the rental. All in all, not a fun experience. Sad, because it's a very quaint property.

Precisely as described . . . hosts accommodating and respectful of your privacy, safely secured by gate access w/ample parking, quiet and calm, extremely clean w/all necessary/updated Kitchen appliances, adjustable temperature, Wi-Fi w/TV services, spacious "California" King bedroom (judging by what we have) w/pull-out Sofa bed in Living space large enough for our 5'2" Teen (could fit up to a 6'2", my height), enclosed Patio for you Dog (Pug on our end) w/gorgeous views in the AM/PM, 10 minutes away from Sedona and/or 15 minutes away from the Safeway in Sedona, a little less than 30 minutes away both from hiking the Red Rocks in Sedona or the other direction to town of Jerome, 2-minutes away from three different Wineries and 3-minutes away from "Up the Creek" restaurant, access to view/walk Oak Creek via the Fish Hatchery again just two minutes away and 7-minutes away from a Gas Station/Deli on Cornville Rd . . . recommend to stay 3-nights, we stayed 2-nights but had to hit all sites back-to-back-to-back, excellent experience and one for the MEMORIES!!!
