Located in Coeur dAlene, this attractive condo for $75 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our basement studio apartment is cozy, yet spacious. You'll enjoy a comfortable memory foam queen bed , plush robes to wrap up in, all the amenities you should need. We have tried to think of everything you would need to make it a wonderful and comfortable stay. We take pride in cleanliness. The private entrance is at the back of our home near the parking area reserved for this studio. We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown Coeur d' Alene. There are many things to see and do in CDA ~ summertime concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, Ironman Race, Car d' Alene Car Show, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts (Silver Mountain 32 miles, Schweitzer Mountain 59 miles, Lookout Mountain 53 miles). I will consider a small (under 10lbs.) dog , please ask 1st. It will be a $15.00 per night fee if approved. I have a "shizoodle" named Carmen, very sweet. Come visit our beautiful City by the Lake!

Convenient spot, just a short walk to town. Very cozy and has everything you need! Comfortable bed. Gary was so nice and greeted me when I arrived, also helped guide me backing into the spot in the rear of the property, also carried my luggage downstairs. Great hosts, would definitely recommend to family/friends staying in town. Thank you Gary & Jan!

This is a great place to stay in CDA. It is close to everything in town and is in a safe and cute neighborhood. The studio itself was private, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if in town!

This place was fantastic! Exactly as advertised, very clean. Had everything we needed in fantastic location, walking distance to so much. It was well in the 90s when we were here and with it being a basement space with the fan they provided and the windows open at night, it felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great access to downtown. Can walk up. Easy parking behind property. Pics in the posting are accurate. Very thoughtful hosts. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and clean. I would stay here again if I came to Coeur de Alene

What a wonderful find--we'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Charming, comfortable and functional space with nice amenities. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood with many dining options within easy walking distance. Nearby coffee kiosk for the morning and gas stations to fill up the car before getting on the freeway which is nit far, but far enough you don't hear it. Bed is comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows. So happy with our stay!

We absolutely loved Studio 1220! Adorable basement apartment with all the amenities. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown Coeur d’Alene. Jan and Gary were perfect hosts and we loved their precious pup, Carmen.

The basement apartment has everything one would need for their stay, including a kitchen and washer and dryer. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to your needs. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Couer D'Alene.

The studio was cozier than a hotel for my business trip to downtown CDA. Great location allowed me to get to my meetings quickly. I had to leave early in mornings and got back after dark, so the short "commute" downtown was a relief. Everything I needed (office, restaurants, grocery store) was close by. I could occasionally hear the hosts walking overhead, but I was tucking in super early so probably not an issue for most people. The parking spot behind the house gets a thumbs up for convenience. Thanks!

Jan and Gary were the perfect hosts!!!! The studio apartment was immaculately clean with all the comforts of home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m a coffee drinker and there was everything you’d need to fix a great cup of Joe. Nice big cups, individually packed creamers, sweeteners and great quality coffee. Jan and Gary were very welcoming, warm and conversational. Oh, and they have the most delightful little greeter in Carmen- their little dog! Seriously, the only negative was we didn’t stay long enough. We seriously hope to be back sometime soon. If you’re in CDA- this place is perfect and you should just stay here!!!

The property is just as advertised. My daughter and I brought our bikes and were able to keep them in the secured backyard area. The unit stays nice and cool even when it was close to 100 degrees out. 5-8 minute walk to all the action on Sherman.. grocery store, burger joint and coffee stand steps away. Property is gorgeous and unit is very clean.. Will be staying here again next summer!!

This rental worked out great for us. It's near the downtown area, the bed was comfortable, washer and dryer in unit, good size kitchen. The owners obviously tried to anticipate anything you might need during your stay.

We loved the location and hosts Gary and Jan were available to answer any of our questions. We are bicyclists and we could get to bicycle trails easily and to downtown. The studio was a very Quiet place to stay and very comfortable!

Jan is a very friendly host, greeting us as we arrived. The location was perfect because it is near family we were visiting and within a very short and direct walk to downtown CDA. The studio is very cute, clean, and functional. I will be staying here again.

This was a wonderful, comfortable place to stay! Close to downtown, Tubbs Hill, restaurants and stores. You can walk to everything and leave your vehicle parked. It is a basement so anyone who is 6’ will have to watch their head, but very clean and the owners are really nice. This is their home so any questions are answered immediately. We highly recommend this place to stay. Very affordable and convenient!
