For manual control, click a lightswitch to turn on or off, press and hold to brighten or dim. Our home is a three story townhouse and there are two flights of stairs. The Garage and entryway are on the first floor, kitchen, powder room, and living room are on the second floor, and bedrooms and bath are on the third floor. If you are planning to rent a car, we recommend a small or midsize car. Larger cars such as trucks or SUV's will be very tight in the garage. We supply various workout equipment and offer a mini gym in the home, as well as many outdoor games and activities. Please make sure to contact us if you have a specific workout or activity in mind, we want to make sure we have the equipment you expect and will be satisfied with the amenities we supply. Every few weekends between 9am and 5pm we hire gardeners to mow, weed, and clean up leaves in the yard. There are two nest cameras for additional security and theft deterrence at the entrances of the home. One is at the front door, the other is inside the garage at the garage entrance.
