About this house rental
Welcome to our classic Seattle bungalow in Phinney Ridge. We are located on a quiet street and a short walk from Phinney Ridge's vibrant cafes, restaurants and shops. We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Guests have exclusive access to their own private cedar sauna--the perfect way to relax after a day exploring the city. We are fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for longer stays, too. Our kitchen has a gas range. We have in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace/desk ideal for remote work.
Please note: like many classic Seattle homes, there's no air conditioning — but our mild summers and cool evenings keep things comfortable, and the sauna is always ready when you want a spa like experience at home. Other note: we have a clawfoot tub for deep soaks. It is also a shower, of course. We've installed a grab bar, but it may not be a great fit for those with larger accessibility concerns.
