Very very very Bad.

So bad.

The floor of the house was very dirty and we washed it three times ourselves. The air conditioner switch was broken. The house was divided into four units by the landlord, which was very unsafe and noisy because the landlord did not install soundproofing. The TV upstairs was very loud every night. We lived in the main unit, but they did not allow us to walk around or wash clothes at night because the soundproofing downstairs was not good. As a result, we did not rest well for three nights. We also complained to the landlord and were even threatened by the landlord. The landlord asked a man to knock on the door in the middle of the night to threaten us. We called the police and the police went directly to the landlord. The location of this house is not good because there are many homeless people here. Some homeless people went directly into the yard to ask for money. You can see the landlord's video here. The bedding in their house was not washed, very smelly and dirty. We washed it ourselves. The dishwasher was not working well and did not come with cleaning supplies. There was no kitchen paper either. There was no anti-slip mat in the bathroom, and their shower curtain hanging rod was of poor quality. When my mother was taking a shower, the shower curtain hanging rod suddenly fell and hit my mother, causing my mother to injure her left shoulder and slip. We have also contacted a lawyer about this matter and will deal with it further. The landlord is terrible and has poor communication. We told them about the hygiene issues, but they threatened to kick us out and not return the money. We complained about the poor quality of their facilities, and my mother slipped and fell on them. They directly asked a strange man to knock on the door in the middle of the night and yelled and cursed for ten minutes. There is video evidence, and the landlord himself has a video outside the house. We called the police, and we also keep in touch with the police.
