I had a decent check in process although I wasn't informed I would be paying several hundreds of dollars for extra fees. I told Vince via text that I have a service animal however, I was questioned about my "pet" the last evening of my trip. I experienced a lot of noise and privacy issues with the neighbors. They came outside immediately after I arrived. On my final morning, I started packing the car. I moved from out of state for work. However, there was a blue Honda parked behind my vehicle blocking me in. There was a man in the car but he didn't even get out to say hello. I asked the neighbor to move their car as I had suitcases outside with me. The man decided to move and identified himself as the cleaner. The cleaner arrived before check out time. The cleaners and the owner then pressured me to quickly check out as they needed to clean. I was late by about 30 mins, trying to pack all my suitcases alone, when the cleaner said they would report me for being late. The owner said they would charge me per every 5 mins I was late. What a terrible host. The cleaner didn't even leave me room enough to leave. I'll never be back.

The first thing I noticed as I walked into this home was the strong odor of stale cigarette smoke, despite this being advertised a skoke free property. The kitchen was infested with small bugs. Also, the pictures show parking behind the location, but there is now an apartment here.

Hopefully the management company fixed the washer but besides that everything was perfect clean and fine! A large space so it’s perfect for small families or a group of friends who want to hangout in a chill neighborhood. The light rail is only an uber away
