Nice basement apartment. Clean and quiet enough considering it backs up to Aurora. Closer to zoo, Phinney and Greenlake. Well outfitted for short stays. Pet friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!
