Over 1,100 sq ft featuring a king bed in the master and an en-suite master updated bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and one twin bed. Enjoy a screened in lanai with a view of the pond and fountain. Fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and dishes. Plenty of new bath/beach towels and linens for your needs. Living room has queen size sleeper sofa with new mattress and TV. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Free WIFI, cable and unlimited phone calls to US, Canada and Puereto Rico. Condo has beed freshly painted, has new carpet in the livingroom and bedrooms. IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved Amenities: Runaway Bay is a lovely vacation resort just 50 yds. from the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on beautiful 13 acres, the grounds include the largest heated swimming pool on the island, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, recreation room, sauna, exercise equipment, shuffleboard and a fishing pier. Runaway Bay was voted best resort by Bradenton Herald for the past two years and has been featured in many national publications. This is a wonderful year round destination full of onsite amenities. The condo also comes with a cooler, six beach chairs, two umbrellas, sand toys and a beach buggy Mother Nature puts on a nightly show as the sun makes its descent. Enjoying the exquisite sunsets is one of the most magical parts of island life. Come and enjoy our home away from home on this beautiful island paradise. Free trolley service, with a stop in front of the complex can transport you to all the attractions and fabulous restaurants on the island. This condo has a perfect location! Easy access to the beach and great part of AMI. The decor in the condo could use some updating. The 2nd bedroom looks great but the rest of the place has peeling wallpaper, stained rugs, and the furniture is well-used. The beach chairs were in sad shape (wouldn't stay open or wouldn't stay upright depending on the chair) and umbrella was duck taped together and didn't stay open. We called Wagner Realty the first morning we tried to use them and Cindy was super helpful! She purchased 4 new chairs and a new beach umbrella and brought them to our unit the next morning. We really appreciated her responsiveness to this. It would be the perfect condo if there were some updates made to it. Location was awesome and Wagner realty was too!

Beautiful condo, very clean and organized, great location and very nice pool everything you would need for a perfect vacation. The island is nice and a lot of fun lots to do eat, and see. The red tide was present but not bad while we were there. We would return for sure and stay longer next time. We highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Anna Maria Island. Easy check in and departure picking up keys in the drop box with very good instructions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

This property was perfect for our "get away". The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Great restaurants and shopping are all with in walking distance. The condo was very clean with everything you will need. The master bedroom is very cozy with a huge king sized bed and a master bathroom. The second bedroom was also very nice with 1 full sized bed and 1 twin bed. With the 2 bathrooms, everyone was able to have privacy and comfort. The pool was very clean and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax during a not Florida day. I will be back. Thanks!

Very nicely decorated and clean 2 bedroom condo. King size bed was very comfortable. 2nd bedroom had a queen and a twin but we did not use it. Nice location on the grounds for access to the beach and pool. We had no issues during our stay in April 2018. Back porch was great to eat breakfast or lunch at. Beach towels and chairs worked great. We look forward to coming back next year for another relaxing week.

This was the most amazing beautiful condo we have stayed in on the island or anywhere for that matter. We have been to the island many times and love love it! The owner Terry was very attentive. Condo was very clean and bed very comfortable. Beach right across the street which is great since I’m a late sleeper and my husband is an early riser beach is right across the street for him to fish early in the morning. So many wonderful places to eat fresh fish. Tide Tables and Bridge Tender are our favorites. Love playing shuffleboard at the condo and already have our next visit booked. Highly recommend this condo!
