Nestled in Park City, this charming condo for $1,281 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. CDC cleanings are performed using checklists following all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you are looking to stay in the true heart of Park City, this Penthouse on Main is the one! It is a newly constructed property that is located right on Main Street, with 2,809 square feet of luxurious appointments! This one of a kind property offers five bedrooms (four master bedrooms and one bunk room) and five and a half bathrooms designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. You will enter the home through a private entrance just off of Main Street for the utmost in privacy and security. On the upper level of the unit, you'll find the grand master bedroom with a king size bed, a 50-inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace. The private bath offers dual sinks, a separate soaking tub and shower. This room also opens out onto the rooftop deck that features a hot tub, patio seating and a barbecue grill. Also on this level are two other master bedrooms with a king bed and both bedrooms have a full private bathroom and a 50” Smart TV. On the main level, you'll find the 4th master bedroom outfitted with a queen size bed. The 5th bedroom is a “bunk room” that has two custom bunk bed set ups — perfect for the younger set. Both offering a full private bathroom and a 50” Smart TV. The main level also boasts the great room - living room, kitchen and dining area - offering lovely hardwood floors throughout. The living room has upscale contemporary furnishings around a fireplace and a 55” Smart TV. There is a balcony off the living room that is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and watch the comings and goings of Historic Main Street. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream space with new appliances including a Wolf gas range and a SubZero refrigerator. You'll also find a two-zone wine fridge and a convenient eat-at kitchen bar. There is also a separate dining area with plenty of seating for those yummy sit-down meals. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, internet access, central A/C for the warmer months, and a private one-car garage located in the rear of the property. It goes without saying that the location of this home is right at the top of the list of amenities along with its total luxury appointments, it is the perfect selection for your next vacation! The perfect location!! Great access to restaurants and shopping. Everything in town is walking distance. The property is well thought out and had everything we needed for a great week. Super comfy with a great flow. We will be back for sure.

Location location location
We loved being on Main Street. So easy to walk to dinner,coffee and shopping. And the people watching from the balconies was so fun. The home was just as was listed. Plenty of room to gather.

It was nice to have that area to leave our stuff, use restrooms and we even used the peloton there for some stretching while we were killing time.

545 Main is a gorgeous property. It is well decorated, modern, and has wonderful amenities. We visited with four adults and four teenage children. We made good use of the kitchen, entertaining area, and hot tub. This property is a short walk down the hill to the Town Lift (Park City Mountain Resort) or alternatively, you can go almost across the street to grab a bus to Deer Valley. Each mountain is very accessible from this property. We will definitely try and stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!!

545 Main is a gorgeous property. It is well decorated, modern, and has wonderful amenities. We visited with four adults and four teenage children. Would be nice if it was connected (obviously nothing anyone can do about that, but good to know for future guests). Also, we had a suburban rental car that literally just barely fit in there. License plate was nearly touching the front wall and the garage door had only 2-4” of clearance. All this being said, I would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.

Family vacation
It was great staying in updated penthouse that was decorated fabulous. The location was perfect you were able to walk to stores, restaurants, skiing, had a hot tub with deck warmer and a out door area with a snow ball maker. Only 5 minutes away from tubing. It was a great seven days.

Amazing Weekend in Park City
This penthouse property right in the middle of Main Street Park City is everything you'd want for a perfect stay. The place is stunning and spacious -- exactly like the pictures show. The bedrooms are comfy and well appointed. The kitchen was fantastic, and had everything you'd need.
We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect home base for our whole family. The hot tub was a great way to wind down the day. The balconies were perfect for people watching.

Winter Ski Trip
This is a fantastic place to stay.
Located towards the bottom of Main Street only 3 blocks from chair lift up to mountain. Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.
Spacious main floor with beautiful kitchen, living room and windows with porch overlooking main street.
Lots of room for a large groups. Very clean and well equipted.
I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in the middle of the entertainment that park city offers and stay in a high end condo.

Perfect place to stay in Park City
I keep thinking that this was the perfect place to stay in Park City. The property was in excellent shape and had every amenity we needed. The location has easy access to everything you need. Just walk out the door and you are there. We went skiing and visited the shops, restaurants and bar scene. I would easily recommend this property to anyone visiting Park City.

I was there for a short-stay ski vacation with friends. The unit is beautifully appointed, spacious and perfectly located for skiing and gettin to things without the need for a car (though I understand there is a garage. We rented skis 50' from the place, took 5 minutes to walk to and from the slopes, and enjoyed the hot tub on the deck apres ski. All told, a great time and great place.

Great Accommodations, Great Location, Great Skiing
Perfectly situated in the center of Park City Main Street, restaurants, bars and galleries just outside your door in either direction. Short walk to ski lift, with a bus center just a block away. Very homey, quiet, and private, with large living room and dining table. Lay out in front of the long, warm fireplace watching the Olympics or relax in the hot tub under the stars. Great place to hang out with your family/friends - other than skiing, large dining room table just off the kitchen for large meals with family and guests. Only place we will stay if available when we finalize our summer trip.

6-star luxury (out of 5) in PC's BEST location
WOW! Penthouse on Main Street has the perfect location. In the heart of Main Street, yet just a block from the chairlift. Super convenient for everything. No need for a car as everything we needed was right outside our front door. But a few nights we were tempted to indulge ourselves inside and never leave the penthouse. The rooftop hot tub was our favorite apres ski activity followed by hanging out in the living room watching TV in the warm glow of the gas fireplace. A++++ experience all around. Our group is booking again for next year.

Awesome New Property, Walk to Ski Lift, Loved It!
Quick walk to the ski lift, spacious 5 bedroom, enjoyed a million stars from hot tub. The condo is right on Main Street with easy stroll to all the cool restaurants and bars. My kids loved the 5th bedroom with the 4 bunk beds. Even my youngest walked by himself to and from the ski lift. I can't wait to go back.
The condo also had a bunch of nice accessories like a boot dryer for ski boots and gloves, several fireplaces, a very large kitchen with a separate wine bar and decks overlooking main street for great people watching. And it was very quiet inside.

Super convenient location. About a thirty second walk to ski lift and about 20 restaurants. Plenty of rooms and space, great for entertaining. Loved roof deck hottub overlooking Main street.

The property is spacious and comfortable with a killer location within walking distance of Park City's attractions. Clean and well-maintained,everything was ready when we arrived. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes the better things in life - you won't be disappointed.

Best place ever - everything new and perfect
Location right on Main street in the heart of the restaurants & shopping area. The condo was to die for - brand new, 5 bedroom with a massive living room and fireplace, and a balcony overlooking main street. Then there was the hot tub on the roof deck. The guys from the management company help us set up rounds of golf - which were very fun. We saw a show at the Egyptian theater. Walked to many restaurants and bars- easy stuff.
