This lovely, historic home is located on Ocean Pathway, steps to the beach and boardwalk, the Great Auditorium and downtown restaurants and shops. This is the place where vacation memories are made! This single-family, two-story beach rental is centrally located and within walking distance to all Ocean Grove has to offer vacationers, including a relaxing day at the beach or an afternoon in historic downtown with its quaint shops, antiques, fine dining, and parks. But that isn’t all. The Great Auditorium, Tent City, paddle boat rides on Wesley Lake, and endless fun at the Asbury Park Boardwalk are all just a quick walk or bike ride away! This house sleeps 11 and features 5 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with a half bath are located on the first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all new stainless steel appliances. The house has a large living room and dining room to accommodate good size groups. Washer and Dryer on premises. Additional bonus, there is a "beach" shower in the garage. As the hub of the Grove, Ocean Pathway is perfect for people watching, walking the dog, flying kites, or getting in a friendly game of frisbee with the kids. With a full view of Ocean Pathway from the front porch and the upstairs balcony, you’re sure to be entertained by the ongoing activities on the Pathway. Plus, the balcony is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking sunrise! Your family is sure to appreciate the many perks that are standard with this vacation rental and include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, four (4) adult beach comber bicycles, four (4) full-access beach passes, several beach chairs, a beach buggy, beach toys, and a lil’ red wagon. PARKING is plentiful with this rental due to the enclosed single car garage and extended driveway that will easily accommodate several vehicles. Linen service is an additional $300 and includes all bedding, linens, towels, and beach towels. Cleaning fees and pet fees will also apply when applicable. Book your 2024 weekly, monthly or weekend rental now! Three day weekends or mid-week rentals are available for spring, early summer and fall. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard. Small dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit. Rental is from Friday 3 pm to Friday 10 am to avoid summer traffic.Additional cleaning and concierge services are available at an additional cost. We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend here! The house was comfortable, clean, and had a thoughtful layout that allowed our big group to hang out and socialize. We especially loved sitting out on the porch in front with a view of the ocean and the Ocean Grove green. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach and lots to do within walking distance. The house had everything we needed including a kitchen fully stocked with lots of pots and pans for cooking. The beach passes and gear (including a wagon and lots of towels) were a great touch and beach near the house was clean and beautiful. The property manager checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had an amazing stay and a very special weekend with family. Thank you!

The house was lovely and very spacious. Everyone had their own space in addition to the common areas. Beautiful front porch and upstairs balcony looking down to the ocean were perfect for sitting on to drink tea and/or wine and enjoy the sound of the waves! Off street parking and garage full of bikes and extra beach equipment as well as a washer & dryer, an additional shower, and an extra fridge. Everything you could need was provided! The weather was perfect - 70 degrees in November! We attended a family wedding and had relatives renting houses all over town and they all thought ours was fabulous! Whole process was smooth and easy, both the owner and property manager were communicative and accommodating. They really went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! There were 2 charging stations with cords downstairs which was extremely helpful since some of us forgot our cords! The Property manager was always available and responsive, even when we called with stupid questions like. what is the wifi password?, when it was posted on a blackboard in the kitchen and a sign in the living room(which is where we were when we called her)! Best experience I've had renting a house! Would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We had such a wonderful experience from the time of booking till checkout. Greta, the owner and Allacen, the property manager, were in constant communication with us to a pant questions and meet all our needs to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Ocean Grove is such a quaint town with local stores and restaurants just a few blocks away from the shore and boardwalk. We also had amazing weather to top it all off! Looking forward to next year!

This house is located within walking distance to town and beach. So no need to get into your car until the day you leave.The house has a wonderful front porch for morning coffee and sunset cocktails! The second floor has a nice view of the ocean with outside sitting. The place was clean and really does have everything you need for your home away from home! The first floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly mother who just loved the house! The owner and manager made it a point to welcome you and were very easy to communicate with. So glad I choose to stay here!

Perfect location. Close enough to Asbury but far enough from the chaos. Owner/listing agent are sweet as can be. Great neighbors, great street. House was perfect fit. Amazing view of the ocean from the second floor balcony.

I can't in all honesty give this place 5 stars because we have rented houses that were a little better - in total. But this place has more than enough "plusses" to have me recommend it and seriously consider returning myself. (and some of the "minuses" might not even matter to you any way).You can't ask for a better location in Ocean Grove. It's a very short walk to the Auditorium, the shopping area, the beach and restaurants. You don't need a car at all once there. And there are even two parking places reserved which is a HUGE plus in this town! The garage is available for storage of your bike, although there are a couple there for your use. And there is a second refrigerator in the garage as well. The house was much cleaner than many we have rented - big thank you to the cleaners. The house is well stocked with things you need for the beach - chairs, towels, etc. We liked the large dining room table for meals and the smaller one for playing games. The lower and upper porches are hard to beat as far as the views.Now for the few shortcomings. It's obviously an old house and as such, there are irregularities in the various thicknesses of floor surfaces. It took a couple of days till we stopped tripping over some of them. The kitchen is very small if you want to do any serious cooking. Really only room for one person at a time. The dishes were more than ample but the kitchen is lacking a hand mixer - we improvised. The stairway is a "head knocker" for a tall person until you learn how to duck. Lastly, the window A/C units were OK for our week, but it was really not very hot. I would be very surprised if they are enough for a very hot period of time.But, all in all, we had a great week and the house served us well.
