Great hotel to come back to. The staff has always been very courteous. Only this time they did not accept payment through a Amex card (to give them credit, they had sent an advance message to that effect a day in advance).
Our trip to India was really so great speciale the hotel where we stayed

I was not paid for Break-fast, hence I was not get my break-fast but the services are much poor viz bed tea and other services. Reception Manager was so good and very much cooperative but the standard of hotel is not so good.
Engagement of dedicated staff, knowledge of their duties, behaviour of atomosphere and must be professional and good inter-personal relationship.
