Location excellent. Spacious room. Fan was available. Excellent instructions for coming and going.
No hot water in the basin. The coffee milk sachets were all decayed. Coasters for hot drinks would be useful.

Clean quiet and great location. Highly recommended if you don’t need any frills
I don’t like places where you never see a human being… and in my view a bed&breakfast should offer bed AND breakfast, otherwise it’s not a bed and breakfast!! But maybe that’s just me🤣. I had a recent knee operation so climbing down a flight of stairs to use the toilet was not nice.

Great location on edge of old town and in quiet green neighbourhood. Nicely prepared room, very comfortable bed, specious bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The location in relation to the BMCC conference centre is absolutely brilliant – just a 2min walk. The directions I received in advance on how to get there, how to enter the house and the room were so helpful! The room is spacious and bright and had more than everything I needed. The view to the canal is particularly lovely and the area is extremely quiet at night. The bed is incredibly comfortable – it’s a shame I always had to get up so early :) Because of the mosquitoes (near the canal), I kept the window closed at night.
A mosquito net on the window would make the room even more perfect. Or a hook above the bed, so travellers could bring their own mosquito net and hang it over the bed.
