we are not be taught it isn't a hotel, no sheet, no information given when we book, extra charges huge, terrible experience.

Unit was very dated, barely any kitchen utensils, no soap provided in the kitchen, very little toilet paper (had to bring our own) no towels, no linens, one very thin, small garbage bag which was unusable. Fireplace didn’t work. We called our contact who returned our call (after 2 messages from us) said they’d send someone but no one showed up.
The only thing we enjoyed was the view out the sliding doors - that we couldn’t lock

The place is clean and cozy. It was surprisingly specious. Great views. Close to Algonquin Park. Will be back next year.

I tried to follow the instructions and start the dishwasher upon checking out, only to find that the dishwasher door wouldn't stay shut. i couldn't turn the machine off after it started and water was leaking out. I managed to get the machine off by pressing the off button really hard.

Great winter fun!
We had an absolutely terrific stay , the place was larger than expected , bright , clean and Had a great view off the deck. Frank was very quick to reply when we had a question and was a pleasure to to speak with. Look forward to staying there next winter

We have stayed at this property two times and both have been really good experiences. The check-in process was easy and communication with Frank was quick. I suggest bringing toiletries and you own pots and pans if planning to cook during your stay. The amenities in the resort are great.

Great place to stay in the Muskokas
We enjoyed our week at Frank's condo. The place was as pictured in the ad, and spotlessly clean. Comfortable living room, and the fireplace and A/C both worked well.
Deerhurst is a great location for Algonquin Park trips and only 5 min to Huntsville for groceries and restaurants. We did not use any of the resort amenities other than the hiking trails so cannot comment on them, although I loved the artwork at the main lodge. Hiking trails needed some maintenance but did enjoy the viewpoints and the walk.
Loved the golf course view from the balcony, and the air smelled so fresh. Groundskeepers do start early so a couple times we heard them at 7am.
We added coffee filters and a can opener to the kitchen, and a light bulb for one lamp - minor issues.
In addition to sheets, pillowcases, towels, bring dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, tissue, and garbage bags as none of these were provided. We forgot to bring towels but Walmart is 10 min away so no big deal. Dishwasher soap and hand soap were provided.
I'd stay here again as it was very convenient. Frank was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice family holiday!
My family stayed in this unit for one week. We have stayed at Deerhurst before so we knew what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at all the nice new amenities down at the waterfront. The beach is larger and the use of the kayaks, paddle boards and canoes is a nice plus not to mention the water park! We found the condo as pictured in the listing. There were only two issues we had. The pots and pans are in need of replacement. I really didn't want to use them as they were so scratched up. The other issue was the drain in the master bedroom as it was clogged. My husband was able to unclog the drain so we were able to resolve one of the issues ourselves. All in all we had a great holiday!

Very nice stay at Deerhurst! Beautiful cosy and spacious condo. The location is stunning., with easy acces to the lake and all activities. A great place for vacation. We would definitly boom again.

Excellent - Cover to Cover
I had a great time communicating with Frank. He was very quick at replies, and patient with last minute questions. The property is great, and located not too far from everything at the resort (Deerhurst is a large property). The room (three bedroom) was exactly as advertised, and looks over the golf course.
As advertised, the linens are not included (bring your own... The ONLY possible downside), but hair dryer, iron, dishes, microwave etc... all are included. Also, you're (basically) a guest at the resort, so get the pool, and all amenities.
We'll absolutely be returning!

Nice stay
Our family stayed at Deerhurst and enjoyed the comfort of the roomy condo. The children liked the swimming pool . The condo has a great location. We hope to rent this condo again on our next visit to Huntsville.

Good unit for a family
We found the unit to be the perfect location for accessing Arrowhead Provincial park, Hidden Valley Ski Hill while still having access to Deerhurst amenities. The unit worked well for our family of 5. It was generally clean but could use a thorough cleaning as there were some grimy spots in low traffic areas. Be sure to bring all bedding and cooking needs. Kitchen is decently equipped though lids for the pots and pans would be helpful. All in all we would book here again. Thanks!

Great Location, Clean, Everything as advertised
We enjoyed our stay very much.
One minor suggestion would be to perhaps provide clearer instructions (maybe mention Golfview) for finding the unit. We struggled a little to find the unit, as it was dark when we arrived.
All in all a great place for a winter getaway.

Had everything we needed. Very comfortable
We stayed with my son, his wife and 7 year old son. We were very comfortable. Loved the location. We were so happy to be able to use the wonderful facilities of Deerhurst. I would happily return here.

Lovely condo. Great location.
I would certainly stay again. My only feedback that would have been helpful would be to be explicit about what supplies to bring. I brought sheets, pillows and blankets. All of our food and spices. However, I was surprised by no toilet paper/paper towels, hand towels. I had to purchase these things, along with batteries to use the tv remotes.

Wonderful, spacious condo with a great view!
We had a great holiday in this beautiful, 2 bedroom condo. If the weather had not been so cold during our stay we could have enjoyed the fantastic balcony as well. It was great that we had access to all the fitness and pool facilities etc. at Deerhurst and could walk over to the dining room at the resort if we didn't feel like cooking. Loved the gas fireplace and the big television in the living room (and bedrooms). I highly recommend this condo as a wonderful spot to get away from it all!

There was lots to do on the premise.
The view from the deck was spectacular! Golf course! The owner was polite when booking our stay. The unit was very clean and fresh. I would definitely book again my stay.
