Chef's kitchen (Viking/SubZero) + BBQ. 2 rain showers. Enjoy the beauty of LA’s pristine beaches and the California lifestyle in this gorgeous beach home located in the Marina Dely Rey Peninsula. Literally thirty (30) steps from the sand, our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is centrally located in between world-famous Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey, adjacent to Santa Monica, and a short scenic drive to Malibu. Our beach house was designed with a contemporary “sun, sand, water” inspiration. One (1) master bedroom AND one (1) Master loft bedroom with king size beds, plus a “kids” room with 2 bunk beds (i.e., 4 twins), make this home a perfect luxurious beach get-away for up to 2 families. Moreover, each master comes with its own private en-suite bath making it a breeze to get ready to go explore. The master loft bedroom looks over the living room and has a direct view of the ocean. Where to go is endless …. A short bike ride or walk to a myriad of restaurants and shops, not to mention the Venice boardwalk and the main Venice Canal, the artsy/hip Abbot Kinney (home to many of LA's best restaurants), and the glorious yachts and boardwalk of Marina Del Rey. Activities ranging from paddle boarding, surfing, boating, fishing, bike riding, rollerblading, and just plain relaxing are all at your finger tips. Want to play volleyball? There's a volleyball court thirty steps from the house where you can host a game. Feel like staying in? Twenty foot tall living room ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views, a cozy fire place, service bar, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV make snuggling up on the designer sofa and watching the latest football game or film on Netflix very enticing. Overlook the Pacific Ocean, enjoy spectacular sunsets, or have a zen yoga session all from the comfort of your personal rooftop terrace. A 2 car garage makes parking a snap. You may even want to stay in and cook or have a BBQ because preparing a meal in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen (complete with all top-of-the-line appliances including a Viking stove and Sub Zero refrigerator) will be a joy. Finally, unwind in one of the 2 spacious dual person rain showers after a fun day at the beach and being out and about in Los Angeles. If you come during the 4th of July, you'll enjoy an amazing fireworks show from the rooftop terrace that is presented by the famed Zambelli; the fireworks are launched from a barge right in the main channel of the Marina (a 5 min walk). If you come during the winter holidays, you'll enjoy a spectacular holiday boat parade in the main channel as well. After spending some time at our beach house, we are sure you will love our home as much as we do and will return time and again. Please note: our home contains lots of stairs, no elevator. Please note: There is currently construction across the street. **COVID-19 CLEANING NOTE: All frequently touched surfaces, including but not limited to light switches, door and window handles, remotes, railings, appliance knobs, faucets, and cabinet pulls are disinfected with Lysol between guests. Linens, towels and blankets are washed and dried on the highest heat setting.

Craig’s place was great. We were in for New Years with adult kids. Biked everywhere. Ate a lot - great restaurants all very close. Hiked. Hot tubbed. Roof top is the best view in LA for NYE fireworks! Craig was available and great with communication and recommendations. There is construction on the beach front row, but it didn’t bother us at all. And the view in the roof gives you a beautiful vista of the beach and inlet, as well as watching planes take off and land if you’re into that (no noise)!

We had a great stay at Craig's place. The location is unbeatable, one block from the beach. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed using the beach equipment and toys as well as the roof deck hot tub and shower. The beach is not as busy as nearby Venice. Parking is difficult, but the house has a double garage. It's a short drive to local restaurants. We would stay again.

Amazing place to rent for a family. Spacious rooms, tons of amenities to enjoy the area (eg, bikes, helmets, beach stuff, scooters) and fast internet access (>200 mbps) for multiple devices to simultaneously stream movies, attend Zoom calls, and get work done. Owner/property manager was super responsive to all questions during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location. Lots of amenities. Clean and well stocked. Peaceful safe area with lots to do for whole family (beach, farmers market, food trucks, marina water activities). Craig/Irene make sure you are well taken care of.

We have rented many times on VRBO. This was our best experience. The house was immaculate with high end amenities big and small. The kitchen was incredible and equipped with anything you could think you need for cooking. Finally, the owners were very courteous, flexible, and responsive

Overall very good. Best parts were roof top view and set up, parking and great room layout. Challenges were that grill was so dirty we chose not yo clean and use it, construction across the street work is everyday between 7 ans 7:15, and the fact that one main bedroom is a loft open yo the great room did not work out well. Overall we had a nice time but there were a few too many issues and surprises that we were not aware of when booking to make me feel like we got good value for the cost / lack of sleep,

Short walk to the beach, quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There were copious beach supplies such as chairs, boogie boards and bikes. Wish we had more time at this beautiful house.

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for active adults. Half a block from the beach with tons of walking trails and outdoor activities. Floor to ceiling windows with tons of natural light. Craig was an amazing host. He was available before and during the trip for any questions.

We had a great time at Craig's swank/modern house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They've really stepped it up in terms of the decor/bathrooms/kitchen all well appointed. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive, really knows what he's doing and made it as easy as possible. The house is great-modern and cosy all at once-and really comfortable, and we enjoyed the rooftop spa and views immensely. Great array of extras including bikes, sand toys, and more which were really great to have. Be aware that there is tar on the beach in front of the house so either wear something or be prepared to scrub it off with baby/vegetable oil to which they kindly had ready for us as well. Also, there is construction going on across the street so factor some noise in for weekday stays. Kids had a blast, really fun getaway for us all!

My boys and I came to California for a nice little surf and skateboarding excursion. The place is so beautiful, modern, and in an amazing area. Rooftop was amazing. The views, dining, fireplace, and jacuzzi, made for an excellent area for winding down. Craig was very responsive and kind. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Three Thumbs up!😃

My family and I stayed for a about a week with my kids and nanny. The home is wonderful, has everything you ever need for beach toys, the ocean and bikes (plus way more!) The home is literally steps from the clean beach! Beautiful view while relaxing in the hot tub on the deck top and while grilling! Craig was very helpful with restaurants and being super flexible with our requests. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are amazing and the beds are very comfortable. They even had a crib and high chair for our one year old which is rare. We had a blast and if we return to the area this is without a doubt where we will stay again! Thank you Craig and Irene!

We really enjoyed staying at this town house a short block from the beach. The house was so well furnished. We wondered if the owners used a designer. Strangely I can't get the couch out of my mind. We used every room and enjoyed the rooftop deck with it's hot tub and furniture around a fire pit. The kitchen was a great place to make meals for our group and we were all able to dine at the long table together with8 people. My husband can't wait to go back and even wanted to stay another day. Craig the owner was very responsive which is a bonus.
