Nestled in Pinnacle Peak, this charming house for $311 per night is a great option for your next break. This wonderful home on 2 1/2 acres is full of surprising and beautiful southwest's art, decoration and design. The 4 bedrooms are decorated with handmade original furniture designed and made by the owner, outstanding paintings, soft luxury bedding, goosedown comforters and amazing mattresses. Comfort is the name of the game and its available here in abundance. The living area has soft leather furniture, large flat screen TV, huge woodburning fireplace and also includes cable, netflix, wifi and a computer and printer for your use. There are split masters at each end of the home with separate entrances. The kitchen has granite counter tops, alder cabinets with stainless appliances and brand new stainless double ovens. The dining area boasts a massive southwestern table with seating for 8. The decoration in the home is amazing with meticulous attention to detail and balance. Each room has its own theme with abundant comfort and luxury, the bedrooms have ceiling fans, high thread count sheets, beautiful decoration with TV's in each room. Saltillo tile throughout the home the typical southwest floor has been updated with area rugs to enhance the look and feel of this home. The newly designed master bath off one master complements the other side of the house master and walk in shower. A third full bath rounds out the home. Plenty of parking is available for trailers, trucks or any other vehicle that you might bring on vacation. This owner is an avid golfer and has a great deal of local knowledge, she would be happy to share local knowledge and help with discounts on some of the best courses anywhere. We had an excellent stay at this property. It was a great location for us with quick access to our home being renovated on Dynamite. The house was filled with interesting and lovely Southwestern decor. Home owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive at all times. The indoor jacuzzi was a nice perk for chilly evenings. Very spacious and welcoming home for a two week stay- would highly recommend to others.

It was so easy and great to work with Darcy as she was kind and very responsive. Beautiful area in the desert for peace, relaxation and wildlife which we love and were wanting. Large home to accommodate many people. Great and easy check in as well.

The property is exactly as advertised or better--great location, amazing backyard and wonderfully comfortable home with lovely southwestern decorations. This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy no matter what brings you to the Scottsdale area. It's an especially great place if you like to cook or have a dog travelling with you. Darcy is a fantastic host--she is very responsive and extremely helpful. My husband and I have stayed at 2 of her homes recently as we need to travel to Phoenix frequently, and both were absolutely terrific. We already have a reservation with Darcy for our next trip to the area in a few weeks. Highly recommended!

My family stayed at this lovely home for a month this summer. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay. My family loved the yard (especially my pups). There are so many adorable bunnies and birds roaming around. I loved floating in the pool listening to the birds. It was heavenly.
The home is filled with Southwestern details, which made for a lovely change of scenery for us being from the PNW. We loved all the art and charm.
Beds were all comfortable with very soft sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. Showers were great. We loved having two masters with their own on-suites.
We did have a few hiccups that were quickly taken care of and we always felt like we were a first priority to Darcy and Melinda (property manager). They always responded in a timely manner, and were eager to make our stay a great one. The communication with these ladies was phenomenal.
Thanks for a wonderful experience. We look forward to staying again next time we're in AZ.

Dynamite House is super funky cool! I am the owner of an art gallery in Southern California and this home is filled with really cool art and Western decor that made me feel right at home. We loved the 2 acre property, privacy and outdoor pool area. The master suite has an adjacent hot tub room! The 2 master suites are on opposite sides of the home giving privacy to any couples who would like stay here. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was about as perfect as one could imagine. The location was perfect for our golf trip and was central to everything. Relatively close to Phoenix airport as well.
The interior was very tastefully decorated. There were 4 bedrooms which served our foursome well. The two masters were INCREDIBLE, especially the bedroom with the library and phenomenal walk-in shower.
The outdoor space was as impressive as the indoors... beautiful patio with seating and hanging lights. The pool was spectacularly beautiful but unfortunately we were there on one of their coldest weeks (it snowed one morning!).
There were even 2 beautiful horses that greeted us most mornings and evenings at the home.
All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place.
Darcy was so responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this place more highly!!

Four friends rented this house for a four day golf vacation. The owner was very accommodating and was flexible with both check-in day and time. The house more than met our needs. Four very nice bedrooms, and three full baths. Big kitchen with plenty of amenities, and nice dining areas. A large living room with a television was good for hanging out. The place is very clean. The house came equipped with plenty of towels and other amenities. Although it is on a fairly busy street, the house is set back so that was not an issue at all. The location is reasonably close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, the house was what we hoped for and more.

The house is setup very well for multiple couples with two master bedrooms. The backyard is beautiful. Darcy and Melinda were very responsive to all of our questions. The kitchen was well appointed.

It was so nice spending time in a home with character, texture, and art. This is not your generic VRBO. Spacious, very comfortable, and accurately pictured and described. Well equipped kitchen. Some weekday road noise/traffic is noticeable; I'm sure it wasn't this way before the huge increase in Scottsdale development. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is in the perfect location for the two of us. Everything we needed was within a couple of miles. The pool and backyard area are beautiful. The interior is decorated with a Mexican flavor and was appointed with everything we could have wanted. Darcy was very accommodating and was available within moments of our contacting her.

JR Ranch...Comfortable, Spacious, Great Pool, Great Host
JR Ranch is 2.5Acre parcel off of Dynamite and Scottsdale. An excellent location to all amenities in Scottsdale far enough away to be quiet close enough for a brief drive to where you need to go. The property is older but is tastefully decorated inside. The front of the property doesn’t look like much besides dirt parking and a run down stable. Once inside you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the house. The kitchen is very well equipped as is the house in general. We missed having a bathroom in the left side master bedroom which was good size. All of the bedrooms are decent size. We did not use the sauna/hot tub too hot in the room would be great in winter. Darcy provided a great experience with communication which made the stay even better. A good VRBO property, in a great location.

Dynamite Experience
Plenty of room for our group of five. Kitchen well stocked for cook-ins. More than enough linens. Loved the patio for after golf cocktails and conversation. Primo location in Carefree area close to golf courses, grocery, retail and restaurants. This property will certainly make your vacation a much more enjoyable experience.

A Dynamite Thanksgiving!
Our family get together for Thanksgiving was so wonderful! We picked the perfect place to celebrate and visit.
The pups and teens loved the backyard with pool, lots of water toys and lounging.
I cooked a Thanksgiving feast in the super well supplied kitchen. The hot tub was a welcome reward and the beds were super comfortable.
We loved our time in this absolutely lovely home! Darcy is always such a wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your fabulous home with us!
