About this condo rental
Situated in Garden City, this attractive condo for $390 per night is a great option for your next break. From the moment you open the door, our hope is that 404 feels like home. The warm color palette, wood-plank tile throughout, comfortable living room seating, large dining table, premium mattresses, and plush towels-linens are just a few of the amenities that lend themselves to an experience unlike any other beach rental. In fact, in the winter of 2021 our place underwent a $25k+ renovation that will make it feel even more warm and inviting! When we were searching for a beach home purchase several years ago, we chose One Ocean Place due to the residential setting. Uncrowded beaches are our favorite and the fourth floor provides beautiful views of the ocean-beach without fear that sometimes come with heights. Situated just 7-miles south of Myrtle beach, both Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach provide a large number of family experiences, outlet and retail shopping, and an array of exceptional restaurants. If you prefer to stay in, we have some favorite take-out/delivery spots and the closest grocery store is just one mile away. To alleviate the need for an immediate run to the grocery store upon arrival, we provide you with: (1) roll of paper towels, (1) new dish sponge, (1) small bottle of Dawn dish detergent, (2) Finish Dishwasher pods, (2) Tide pods, (2) Bounce dryer sheets, and (2) kitchen trash bags. Our family loves to cook and our kitchen reflects that. Along with a Ninja coffee pot, Ninja blender, and Cuisinart toaster, you will find a griddle, waffle iron, crockpot, coffee grinder, and a variety of sizes in pots, pans, and mixing bowls. We even provide cookbooks to enjoy! Each bedroom features a comfortable King bed, flat-panel TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, adjoining full bath, and natural light. If extra bedding is needed, the oversized sofa can comfortably accommodate an adult or two and the oversized loveseat can easily accommodate small children. The porch has dining for six, seating for eight, and is our go-to for early morning coffee (and a sunrise if we're feeling ambitious) or a relaxing evening watching the sun go down. Our beachfront home is truly our favorite place to be. When we can't be there, we love to share it with other families or couples, knowing that memories are being made that will last a lifetime. The condo had everything we needed for a wonder family beach vacation. From spectacular views to board games for the kids to play. The thoughtful details and home amenities made for a relaxing stay. Having Conch cafe next door was super convenient for nights we didn’t want to drive to dinner or as an easy lunch option on the beach.

The owner Doug was excellent! He called shortly after we arrived to check if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. Our children and grandchildren from W.V. Texas and S.C. came and we all had a wonderful time. Beautiful sunrises with gorgeous views. The Condo 404 was well stocked. My son in law (a great chef) loved this kitchen with everything needed! Wonderful place for family!!!❤️

Location to the Beach and pool was was great. Condo accommodated 3 couples very well. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with full size washer and Dryer . We will definitely be back soon.

The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect family week together. The balcony with the beautiful view of the beach was a favorite. The location was perfect, close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed riding bikes all around the area. We enjoyed everything about it stay.

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to easily prepare meals on nights you want to stay in. The condo looked exactly like the photos that are listed and the owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and looked forward to staying again.

Great Spot to Stay!
We had an amazing time on our vacation. One of the things that I noticed upon walking in is that the home looked exactly like the pictures (something I’ve learned in the past is not always the case). I loved that they had games for the kids, LOTS of kitchen appliances for cooking, and the balcony view was one of my personal favorites!

The condo sits much closer to the beach than any condo we have stayed in and the walk to the beach is an easy one - no huge sand dunes to traipse through. This is our first October beach vacation and it most certainly will not be our last. The beaches were VERY uncrowded. We loved it! The grounds are beautifully maintained. We saw a gentleman cleaning the pool each day and the steps to the beach were cleaned of sand. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

If you looking to relax and really enjoy your vacation, this is the place.
Open space, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, master bedroom goes out to the balcony. We all loved the location and the view. The pools and Hot Tubs were also Great after a nice day at the beach.

Great condo, great response from the owner.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. The view is phenomenal. Especially enjoyed the large front windows overlooking the ocean and large balcony. One of the major pluses is that the balcony is shaded from early afternoon on, making it so much more enjoyable than a west facing balcony. Having enough cookware of every size made cooking so pleasant since we do at least two of our meals in room every day. Service for 12 in dinnerware and cutlery is also a bonus. Beds are extremely comfortable and great linens and towels. One suggestion I have is that all the rugs in the condo need to be non skid and lie flat to avoid tripping. The other issue is the overflow parking area. It is just a grassy area on the side of the road and was VERY wet most of the time. One of the elevators was broken while we were there, so wait times got very long in the heat. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful week and would definitely rent this property again.

We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The light bulbs were out so you need not have much light. The place was not clean.

We had a great week! The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, super clean and amazing views. The condo offered everything we needed for the perfect stay. We had a wonderful week. The only suggestion I have would be to have more washcloths. We had to go buy some to have enough for the guests.

Family Week
We have stayed at OOP several times and we really like it. This was our first stay at this particular condo. The condo was nice and clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable week! Doug even texted to let us know it was ready for us to check in which was very thoughtful. A great week at the beach!

A Wonderful Time
The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We enjoyed having a bathroom for every bedroom. We found several restaurants and activities that we enjoyed as a family in the area.

Wonderful week
This is our 2nd year staying here because we like the location and the condo. We love seeing the ocean as you come in the door and sitting on the balcony. Being on the 4th floor is perfect because we can see and hear the ocean so well. Appreciate that Doug calls upon arrival to make sure everything is fine.
