RING IN NEW YEARS IN A GRAND SOLMAR PRESIDENTIAL LUXERY SUITE. Check in Sunday Dec 29 2024 check out Jan 5 2025. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this luxerious 2 bedroom and 3 bath residence. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and spa-like master bath while the remaining rooms are furnished with a full-sized bed and a high quality murphy bed, very comfortably sleeping 6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with oversized dining table, couches and an entertainment center with plenty movie and sports channels for your enjoyment. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a stove and a full-sized refrigerator. The property is walking distance to the famed Lover's beach and Cabo marinia, home of the great dining, high end shopping and some of the best charter fishing and in the world. This listing is available only week 52..Sunday check in. Peak season.

This presidential suite was spectacular. You will feel as though you are on top of the ocean is it so beachfront in terms of location. The fireworks show felt like a private showing right in front of our room and the panoramic view of Cabo every morning was heavenly. The owner Pete was the most accommodating host and so easy to communicate and work with. Our family of 5 made some wonderful memories we won’t forget. Thanks again Pete.

We have stayed in several units at Grand Solmar, and this was my favorite. It is a newer building and the furnishings are lighter colors which makes everything brighter. I also think the WiFi is better in this building. It is over the central part of complex, so very convenient to everything. On the 9th floor, you can open all the doors and not hear noise from the pool, or time share tours going by. If you like hearing the ocean waves while you sleep, this place is perfect. The kitchen is more spacious than another Presidential we stayed in too.
The owner was very responsive to all our questions.
The only reason I didn’t give the trip 5 stars, was that the front desk staff couldn’t get it together as to who we were, and so we had a problem signing to the room. Eventually we resolved the issue, but I had to go to customer service, etc.
