Truly an all inclusive resort, staffed by amazing people. The food is incredible and the Chilean wine excellent. We never had to sign a tab or fill out any forms every time we ate, which happens at other resorts. The refrigerator was filled with sodas and beers, there was a water dispenser in the room. Made the trip even more relaxing.
The only thing that would have made it better would be some utensils and napkins already in the room, a super picky point.

Food was great. Staff very very helpful. Lots of choice. We liked the varied restaurant options, from Tortuga on the beach to Don Diego's and Emiliano's at the top where you can walk and overlook the Marina from the Cup Cake Cafe.
Although there were three pools, during the day, there was no where quiet to relax due to the ongoing activities and varied music around the pool areas. The rooms have no sound insulation between floors. With tiled floors you can hear people walking and dropping things on the floor above - which was annoying when trying to sleep. Also, our room on the second floor had a balcony but due to the proximity to the next door hotel cooling/heating system, all we could hear 24hrs/day was the noise of fans / machinery working away - even at night with the door shut which was disappointing.
