SeaOats cottage is a gracious getaway for two in scenic Port Aransas on Mustang Island. This beautiful newly constructed home was built as a Vacation Rental. Located on the 'quiet end' of 11th Street in Port Aransas, the SeaOats sits just below the historic Chapel on the Dunes, which is the oldest consecrated church in Port Aransas, now popular for private weddings on Mustang Island. Proud owner Jim Atwill has planned each area of the construction with your comfort and luxury in mind. All finishes in this home are high end, from the red oak flooring to the travertine tile spacious shower to the Texas pink granite on the counter tops. Finest stainless steel appliances appoint the kitchen. Make no mistake, there is no accommodation in Port Aransas that comes close to the comforts you will feel in the SeaOats Cottage. Sleeping for 2 adults only, relax, get away, rekindle, rejuvenate, and relive those past vacations when times were slower. No children or pets. City of Port Aransas Reg.#270580 VRBO does not currently collect city hotel tax for us. We will ask for that prior to check in when we contact you for arrival information. We accept cards or cash. The property was great. Walking distance to the beach. Close to restaurants and attractions. Very clean, well equipped, and appointed. The property managers Anne and Rebecca were very responsive, friendly and informative. The owner was kind enough to supply us with really good coffee and a bottle of champagne for New Years Eve. Would definitely return again.

Sea Oats is a charming cottage and was perfect for our get away to Port A. It had everything we needed. Our favorite thing about the house was the outdoor deck where we could sit, relax, and feel the cool ocean breezes. A bonus was getting to meet Jim. We’ll definitely be back.

This was our fifth time staying at the Sea Oats Cottage. We love coming "home" after a day at the beach to a great bed with wonderful sheets and pillows. We love dining outside on the covered, wrap around porch. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. We were in great need of a few days away from home. This cottage had it all. It was extremely clean and perfectly appointed. The eye catching and most beautiful sight is the Chapel on the Dunes right behind the cottage. The check in and check out were simple and everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a very enjoyable time away from home. We will definitely come again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Very high quality cottage in old town Port Aransas. Perfect for a romantic get away at the beach. Next to historic old chapel. Great wrap around porch. You could walk to the beach but you’ll want to rent a golf cart.

This cottage is beautifully designed, comfortable, and nicely decorated. A perfect space for two--and easily navigated by us seniors. The spacious porch/deck is wonderful for catching the gulf breezes. The owner, Jim, was so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return as soon as we can!

We loved our stay at Sea Oats. The property managers and the owner were delightful and always available when we had questions. The cottage exceeded our expectations! The furnishings are comfortable, high quality, and well suited for the space. The kitchenware provided is the best I’ve seen in a rental with the just the right assortment of the essentials needed to cook all the meals we had planned for the week. I found myself spending more time relaxing on the porch than I did on the beach!
