It was a good size for the two nights we were there. It is walkable to downtown and there are two breweries close by. The area right by the rental seemed sketchy, but we didn't have any trouble. The unit itself had a few things that need to be fixed. There was a hole in the flooring by the bathroom sink that was hard to avoid and the tp holder had broken off the wall. Overall, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area, which was nice. The owner was responsive to my inquiries.

Condo was clean, smaller than we expected but had all that we needed. It was walking distance to downtown (1mile). Our only issue was that there was no outside area (deck) since the condo entrance was buried in the corner.

Broadway was an easy 20 minute walk away although we did use an uber for the return journey back to the apartment. The route back was quite dark without much street lighting. The apartment was ideal for our 4 night stay with a bedroom : living room : bathroom and kitchen. We also made use of the Gym and the laundry room. Really nothing to criticise

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this complex but a different unit each time. The complex is centrally located and good place to base from. The apartment was clean and quiet. Well except for when the storm came in and was blowing the man hole cover out of its seating in the parking lot. Crazy thing but not a issue the owner could have ever addressed. Would not recommend this place for more than 2 people.

This property was very nice and well decorated. It provided great access to the music scene on Broadway and many restaurants as well as the major sports venues. The pool area was great and provided a beautiful view of the river. The hosts communicated well and followed up promptly.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We were so thankful to find this pet friendly rental so close to downtown. Positives: + comfy bed + very quiet - we thought it might be loud with the highway so close but we hardly heard anything other than the neighbors feet above us from time to time. + first floor condo made for easy access to take our dog out + pet friendly + easy 30 min walk to downtown, or scooter/ Uber ride. Though the scooters we more expensive for 2 people than the Uber most od the time. We felt very safe walking in daytime, at night we felt more comfortable with the scooter or Uber. + very nicely decorated + the pool looks wonderful, though we did not get a chance to test it out. Negatives - very minimally equipped kitchen. If you plan to cook any of your own meals I would suggest bringing things with you. - laundry is located in a different building quite a distance from the condo - when we were there everything felt very damp even with the AC on - it may have just been especially humid when we visited.

The property was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, we didn't spend much time in the house, but to sleep. I will say someone took our numbered parking spot on our last night, but that wasn't a major problem. It was the perfect location for the events we went to over the weekend.

Place was clean with a comfortable bed. Location is close to downtown, and on the river with lovely views from the swimming pool area. Nice to have a pool to cool off. Some noise from upstairs tenants.

Great spot to rest our heads on our recent trip to Nashville! There are no convenience stores or food in the immediate area, so if you're not driving be sure to stop and grab some provisions before you get to the condo. Condo was immaculate and very comfy!

The property was lovely. Clean with all amenities. Not too far to main the main strip. Uber was great also for getting us there.

The property is tucked away in a quiet area, close enough to downtown to walk. It is about a mile but traffic gets crazy to drive. The crowds fade away quickly and we always felt safe.

Centrally located to downtown Nashville. The only negative was hearing the walkinhg of occupant in the upper level unit.

Condo was as advertised. Perfect location for local spots and easy access to Broadway.

Everything was fine, but the first night not knowing which unit was ours. They said they will make it up to us and reimburse us for the first night.

Location was convenient to see everything we wanted. Space was perfect for the 2 of us and would highly recommend.

Very cute and clean condo. Modern decor. Super comfy bed - roomy dining area. Clean kitchen. I find Nashville hard to maneuver with a car the parking is an issue and so much construction everywhere but our place was easy to get to and we had a designated parking spot which is important.

Perfect place to stay with our dogs for a quick stopover in Nashville

First it was hard to find because of construction. The noise from upstairs was so loud all night for 2 nights we couldn’t sleep . It was leasy to park and Uber to events

We selected this location as it was pet friendly & for its proximity to downtown, and we where extremely happy with everything!! The location was amazing, right on a nice walking path to take our dog, & super close to the bicentennial park, & it was a great 15-20 min walk to downtown!! We were able to walk down to Broadway for New Years Eve & overall this was a wonderful VRBO and we would totally recommend this unit again! We will definitely be coming back!!!

The condo was nice. One down fall was we were on bottom floor and could hear the people above us walking through out the night. Second day we were there the water went out caused by pipe’s freezing. The water was not turned back on until three days later. We had to buy gallon jugs of water to clean ourselves and make coffee. Last night there we were able to take showers. Owners said we would be compensated but have not heard anything else from them.

Location to downtown Nashville great. Perfect size for my husband and I with our pet. Cute place, easy walk overall met needs.

My friend and I stayed at this condo for the Bengals vs Titans game. This condo is pretty small but perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean; there were a couple minor damages so I let Barb know. Barb was quick and communicative! Only $8 Uber to Broadway!

This pet friendly condo was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the location was good. My only complaint is that we brought along our two labs (which was great) and the cleaning lady charged the owners an extra fee for pet hair. It was a pet friendly condo, isn’t pet hair a given? On the plus side we were not only close to all the bars etc but we weren’t far from Tennessee State. They have a great park/track for the dogs.
