About this house rental
Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming house for $669 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is an absolutely gorgeous house. This pristine 4-bedroom 4 bath home offers easy access to the beach via a sidewalk easement directly across the street. Less than 75 yards from the front door to the white sand beaches. A brand-new private pool is located in the yard with plenty of seating for guests around the pool. There are also terrific views from the large gulf facing deck (with direct water views of the gulf), and ample seating on the deck for plenty of people to dine or to relax. Look at our house on the map, see how close it is to the Gulf. Not all houses are the same, and your walk from our house to the sand/water is incredibly convenient. Your walk is one minute, and less if you're in a hurry. We have a wagon to help carry all of your toys, and plenty of beach chairs for you to borrow when you head down to the beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms offers access to a private bath. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and sleeper sofa, and massive bathroom with lots of closet space, and a jetted jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed with attached bathroom with tub, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and two twin beds (one bunkbed) with attached bathroom with shower, and the fourth bedroom offers four double beds (two bunkbeds) and an attached bathroom with tub. The kitchen is well equipped and ideally laid out for entertaining, with a gas cooktop, microwave, double oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, under counter beverage fridge, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking at home. Salt, pepper, and all spices and seasonings are already here. The great room is adjacent to the kitchen and offers ample seating and large HD television. The dining room includes a large table with seating for 8, and 3 barstools for sitting at the kitchen counter. Both the living and dining areas offer access to the covered deck and a view of the water up front, and the pool in the back. A portion of the enclosed area under the house has been set up as a game room complete with pool table and darts. There is also a large open covered area under the house ideal for entertaining, and ample seating for hanging out. **The private outdoor pool in the backyard and an additional bedroom/bathroom (increasing the house from 3 bed/3 bath to 4 bed/4 bath) have just been added to the house. This was a lovely home to stay in that was close to the beach. Communication with Tom was easy and friendly. We loved the huge deck overlooking the beach as well as all Tom had to offer for fun on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Pensacola!

We are a family of 8 and chose this beach house because of its size and proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed! The house looks exactly like the pictures and the host was attentive when I asked questions. Beach access is literally steps from the front door and there is shareable beach stuff such as a wagon which was helpful for getting our stuff to the beach. Check in and out was an easy process as well. Our family had a wonderful time here and plan to return in the future! Thank you Tom for sharing your beach home with us!

This house is amazing and has everything you need!! Very clean and spacious. My family of 6 adults and 5 kids had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and the pantry items were a nice bonus! It was wonderful to be able to use the beach wagon, chairs and toys! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We really enjoyed the large covered porch with a view of the Gulf!! We also enjoyed the darts and pool table in the garage when we had a rainy day. Tom was great at communicating. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!! Perfect house for 6 adults! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Even with a few afternoon thunderstorms, we always enjoy our stay here. The porch is my favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats with my family.

We loved every inch of this home! The wrap around deck and spacious rooms and walking distance to the beach were just a few of our favorite things. We made so many great memories with our kids here. The pool table and large eating area were a hit. We can't wait to stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and laid out nicely for a large family. Although the house is not right on the beach, you can see and hear the water from the large covered porch and the beach is <100 yards from the front door. Tom did a great job of communicating with us and getting us set up. Pensacola Beach was lovely - incredible white sand that is so clean it squeaks when you walk on it!

This was our second stay at this property and it was as good as the first. House was perfect for a larger party with plenty of room and beds. House was well equipped with everything you need for both home and beach. Pantry had nice staples we were able to use and we left what we could to contribute. We had a question while we were there and the owner was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended the property to a friend and she booked already.

My family of four adults and four children stayed very comfortably here. Took the short walk over to the Gulf multiple times in our short stay. Enjoyed preparing a few meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Kids enjoyed running around outside. Great place for a family.

We found the house to be very nice.
I do think it could use some updated with the outside of the house, also housekeeping could have been a little better, on the stove between the burners there was a lot of build up of grease that smelled badly.
There was also a bad odor that came after the 1st day and we could not figure out where it came from.
outside from them few issues, we will definitely be back and do our best to get this house again.
Tom was very easy to work with and responded back really quickly.

A beautiful place with wheelchair access! Hard to find! Has elevator, ADA toilet in hall bath, lower microwave, front controls on has stove, spacious areas inside and out, ceramic tile floors! Just remember to bring your own bath bench. Even the walk to the beach was with an accessible boardwalk. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Stayed 5 days for for a an extended family Christmas. 3bdrms, 3 baths, and wrap around verandas with killer views and a 3 minute walk to the sand and water. The elevator was a huge help for the unloading and reloading. Wonderful home and wonderful host.

This location was a great choice for our family! The property was available as promised when we arrived, clean and looked just like the pictures if not better. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need for preparing food, etc. The porch was so nice to relax on with ample seating and a beautiful view. Very convenient to beach as said.
Host was very prompt in responding to any questions but we had no issues. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Property!
We loved the house! Plenty of room for all and great access to the beach. We loved the garage with all of the beach toys, chairs, wagon to carry it all etc. The dart board was a hit in the evenings and rainy days. The weather was not great but having so much undercover room at the house made us able to still be outside. Great place!!

Beautiful Beach property
This was a wonderful house for our beach vacation.
First the house. The house is absolutely amazing. The house feels roomy with the high ceilings and open living and dining areas. Very clean and well laid out. The pool table and darts came in handy during an afternoon rain and Weber grill was nice for cooking.
Second the access to the beach is great. Such a short walk. Its concrete or a board walk all the way to the sand. The beach is not overly crowded and the host has provided so many things to enjoy the beach like chairs, boogie boards, a wagon to get your stuff to and from the beach.
Last but not least Tom. Tom was great to work with. He gives clear instruction on how to access the house and his check out process.

Tom was amazing to deal with! The location of the house is perfect. The beaches for the ocean and sound are just steps away. The house was beautiful and completely stocked for indoor and outdoor fun!

Upon arrival, the exterior of the home was pleasant. The neighborhood was nice and quite. We used the garage entrance which is very convenient and you can drive your car inside to unload. I love this because it keeps you from disturbing the neighbors. Previous renters have decorated the walls of the garage with their funny signatures and where they are from which I thought was really cute as it adds a kinda beachy, home feeling to the place. That said, however, there was a very funky odor in the basement like urine and maybe pets. I couldn't tell but it was not at all welcoming. Stairwell from the garage to the 2nd floor was dark and smelly as well.
There is an elevator which is SPLENDID because my mother is late 70's with limited mobility. It also helps with getting the luggage and house supplies from the garage to the 2nd floor without having to climb all the steps. Once inside, the home was very welcoming but, again, there was an odor. There are 3 very spacious bedrooms, and each has its own TV and bath which was PERFECT for our group. The master bedroom is HUGE and the master bath is HEAVEN to look at, but appeared to lack a good thorough cleaning which I happily gave it because I'm OCD. The beds are not very pretty to look at, but they were comfortable. The linens did not appear to be clean OR maybe they simply had not been properly laundered. A lot of people don't know how to properly wash white linen (TIP...Borax!). I travel with my own linens so it was not the end of the world for me. I slept well and the bed was comfortable. The bed pillows were worn and had many spots. Yes, I'm OCD. I check out EVERYTHING. Oh, and the master sits over the garage so that odor just seems to linger in the master bedroom. VERY high ceilings throughout the home.
The kitchen is large, WELL lighted! Nicely stocked with dry goods, utensils and dishes but it could stand to have a few more POTS. The appliances were beautiful, up-to-date, and worked perfectly but the fridge door was hard to close.
The washroom is really nice with very modern appliances as well. The door to the balcony kept getting stuck and the curtains were not fitted properly but once outside we found BOTH the ground level sitting area AND the 2nd floor sitting area to be VERY nice and relaxing in the evenings!!!!!
Overall, I give this property a 10+ for location and a 6 for cleanliness. I'd LOVE to train the cleaning crew on how a home SHOULD be cleaned.
