Condo was clean and recently renovated. Had basics needed for our week long stay. Enjoyed the use of the pool and the convenience of the Cass Cay Restaurant within walking distance.

In town to shop for property. Location was not only perfect for the areas we were looking at but also in being able to speak with the locals about the area. The Cass Cove, or whatever the name of the bar next to the condo, was a great spot for a nightcap and/or dinner everynight. We'll be back for our next stop when it's time to sign to build!

Condo with nice pool. Condo provided 2 TVs, good amount of dishes, kettles, utensils, condiments, paper towels & TP, and linens. Cute beach theme. Overlooked the pool, quick walk to outdoor bar, store, & restaurant. Marina is steps away, too. Mike, the owner, very nice and responsive.

We stayed here for a week. We enjoyed our time at the condo. Neighbors were all very friendly. I’m not sure where the heated pool or hot tub were, because we never found them. We did have fun however! Our waitress at the Restaurant our last night there however was not very good. Seemed to cater more to the regulars and forgot about us. I had to ask the hostess for our check. Just FYI, nothing about the property was a bad experience!

For a post hurricane property it was in decent shape. We had a good time and the amenities were adequate. The condo unit could have used a good and thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.

We had a great time on this trip! Didn’t really spend much time in the condo, but it’s location and proximity to everything was perfect for us! Mike did a great job communicating and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned, is that the fitness center is an additional cost. Not really a big deal, because we spent most days on the road house shopping and checking out the area. Just wanted to mention it for future renters.

We arrived at 8pm to enter our rented condo with a marina view but instead we were surprised with a pool/parking lot view. When I called the owner, Mike, he informed us he had water damage in the originally rented condo the week prior. We were not made aware of the condo change until we arrived. The condo we were given was very nice however we felt this issue should have been communicated to us prior to arrival. According to the owner the damage happened the week before, this would have allowed us time to agree to change condos or cancel and rent elsewhere.

We arrived to check in and someone answered the door to the condo and said it was her place. We were shocked. She called the owner and then she took us upstairs to another condo, not the one we had rented on the 1st floor. We had NO idea what was going on. The condo was not very clean, it was hot and not ready. We could NOT get a hold of the owner. He wouldn't answer the phone. There were NO check out information, just the worst experience. We would NEVER rent from that man again.

Stayed here while waiting for my house to close. I especially appreciated the full kitchen. There is a restaurant/bar immediately next door overlooking the marina as well as a small general store with some interesting local items. Mike was very helpful and accomodating.

Mike had a 5 star rating and saw the masters chair in the unit,l it was a triple power recliner just like at home,, comfort is hard to find in many rental units! This was way above norm! Great community to walk or bike, neighboring subdivision are accessible and enjoyable to bike thru

The unit that is showed on VRBO is a first floor unit and That is what I thought I rented. (due to my knee) there are 2 second floor units that I had a choice of the day I got there. Owner was accommodating but clearly needs to be more specific on website.

Mike was a great host. The condo was awesome, had everything you would need. Pool was great, even met a few neighbors. Sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view of the pool was very relaxing. Will definitely be back to the Captain's Quarters!

Mike was very informative touched base with us a few weeks before our trip and on the day we were starting are stay. The accommodations are very very comfortable. Simply furnished giving that coastal cozy feel. The pool is right outside the building on your right. Cass Cay restaurant just a walk away has good food and great music. The trading post serves breakfast which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend considering staying here.

We needed a place to stay before closing on a property in Cape Coral, and for a couple of days to get settled. Perfect solution and we enjoyed the pool and restaurant nearby with live music!

This home was perfect for us! We enjoined live music nightly at the restaurant/bar steps from the unit. We also enjoyed morning walks around the marina, we saw manatees every morning. We relaxed on the balcony and watched the boats come and go and spotted dolphins as well. We used the pool, which had plenty of chairs and tables and was never crowded. There’s also a grill near the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a quiet place to get away and enjoy boats and a water view this is for you. The condo was clean and had what we needed. The music could be heard from the local eatery on the balcony in the evenings and seemed to be a popular place for the locals to gather.

My sister in law and I stayed a few days to check out home builders. The condo was clean, stocked with anything you need. All you need to bring is food and your clothes. It was furnished nicely. We loved the sitting out enclosed balcony at night with a glass of wine. The owner is friendly and available to answer anything you need quickly. We loved the gated community. Everyone was so friendly If you don’t want to cook there is a restaurant literally 2 minute walk away.The staff answered lots of questions about where we should look for homes. We recommend having breakfast at the Trading Post the burrito bowl was delicious and the staff that works there are happy and friendly. I would definitely love to stay again with my husband or with my children. Even if you live in the area it would make for a nice little getaway.

We loved our unit on the second floor overlooking the marina. So relaxing to sit out on the screened in lanai and watch the boats and people coming and going. The pool was lovely and it was convenient to have the marina store nearby for coffee in the morning. Their pizza is delicious. I would definitely return to this idyllic spot.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and had a great time! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would expect. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very convenient and the people there are super friendly. The owner was very responsive to all my questions before we arrived. Check out the outdoor patio at the restaurant for great drinks, food and nightly activities. On Fridays, there is a Farmers Market out front and the food vendors are wonderful...especially the fresh fish guy. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and very nice accommodations.

5 Star accommodation! No hot tub as indicated, but otherwise accurately described, and thoughtfully stocked with everyday essentials, eliminating having to buy even salt/pepper! Very comfortable! Great amenities in unit & close by! Thank-you Mike!!
