From the moment I checked in the property was not clean. I found the high chair and pack and play and they were disgusting. So dirty. Floors weren’t clean. I looked and no broom or vacuum so I wasn’t surprised not clean. I messaged the owner and said we didn’t have paper towels, coffee or a broom. She told me to contact her caretaker. Care taker eventually brought it. I also told them about pack and play and high chair. Next day was a huge duststorn and everything got blown around. I messaged caretaker and owner to let them know a ton of stuff got blown into pool and blown around and I picked it all up but that the pool had tons of dirt in it and wasn’t usable and asked when pool guy was coming. NO ANSWER from either. We figured out on our own how to clean it and cleaned up their yard. The master shower pooled up and didn’t drain and was gross. Carpet was gross. Before our trip I asked if I could have a later checkout because my husband would be gone with the car and me and the kids had nothing to do. They said I could stay until 2. Sunday morning like 1.5 hrs before regular checkout time the caretaker texts me saying I have to be out at the regular time (mind you never responded to me about the pool and storm issues)… I told her I couldn’t because I didn’t have a car and I have 2 small kids and didn’t plan for that since they said I could stay until 2 and I couldn’t get out in time and packed up. Finally she agreed to let me stay until 1. So unprofessional. Don’t stay here

House was exactly as described online. Pool was fantastic on a hot summer day. Great location. Access to stores and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

it was fair for the price. curtains were falling down over the back door, pool was dirty, linens were left wet in the washer. But it had everything we needed. it was cheaper than most so for the price I feel it was fair. Contact was very responsive to any request/question.

The home was very nice, clean, comfortable, and as-advertised. There were a couple of hiccups with the checkin process but the local contact was responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

The house was very clean, decorated well and much better than a hotel. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due largely to windy weather, cold
water and exhaustion.
The only hiccups we encountered involved supplies. We didn’t search every cubbord for papertowels, garbage bags and laundry soap- but we did located paper towels just before leaving. Overall our visit was terrific, close to groceries, eateries and Harkins theaters. Cable tv was great - gave us many options.
We would recommend this unit even to our friends!

We stayed at this property during Spring training for a week in March, location perfect, near ballpark, grocery stores, restaurants, 10 and 303 interchange. House was well equiped, beds comfortable, and very clean. Too cold to use pool but did enjoy the sunny back yard. Nicely furnished with TV's in bedrooms, a must for me when I travel. We had a slight problem with microwave which was resolved quickly. 'Nough said we will plan to stay here next year.

Fun family getaway
Seven of us fit very comfortably. Enjoyed playing in the pool and grilling in the backyard. Overall great place to spend Mother’s Day weekend! Only negative was that service fee was higher than other properties I looked at.

I contacted mgr we had to leave the house for them to clean being inconvenienced after they cleaned still under the couch were fries and then found fries under the twin bed…. Despite me taking time on my vacation to have to fill out forms and to no avail the owner decided I didn’t deserve any money back which is unbelievable. I’m disappointed that VRBO hasn’t done anything for me either to rectify the problem. I wouldn’t recommend the house. Lastly the pool wasn’t clean either the pool guy had to come change a part to make sure the suction was sufficient. I should have came to a clean house or been compensated.

We chose it over others who wrote in their listing that their pool wasn't heated and since this didn't mention it, I assumed it was. I guess I should have asked. I asked the manager if they had pool toys (to lounge on) and she said no, so we went and bought a bunch before we arrived, then noticed they had a bin full of floaties. The pillows were not comfortable - flat and hard, but the beds were good. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that we really enjoyed staying here.

What an awesome weekend we had. We came from Los Angeles to visit my sister. Lovely home with a pool
This home overall was nice. Home was located in a nice area, with many shops/stores very close by. Really liked the spaciousness of the open floor plan with the living room and kitchen. The way that the Master bedroom was separated from the other two rooms was nice to have,, made it feel like the home was really large. The pool area was nice, appreciated the pool equipment (didn't use any, but was still great to have available). There were a few drawbacks, although minor.
1) Upon entering the home, and for the first 24 hours, there was a distinct scent in the home, possibly that of a pet? There was a water dish and pet food left behind inside the home, close to the sliding door. I actually purchased 3 plug in air fresheners to use during my stay, as the scent was a bit strong for my other guests who stayed with me. There was also what looked like a pet bed/pilllow left in one of the guest rooms, so my friend who is actually allergic to cats had to place the pillow in the closet.
2)The floors were not cleaned very well. There were several areas where obvious dirt was. After using the mop in the storage closet, we ended up mopping mainly the living room area floor and all was good.
3) The furniture and blankets placed on the chairs were covered in pet hair. I had to use the vacuum to try and clean up as much hair as possible before my friend arrived. I ended up just using towels and a bedsheet to cover the sofas. My friend actually ended up having a slight allergy attack.
4) The trash can in the kitchen was actually a small office can. I had to empty out the trash every day. To my dismay, when looking for the large trash recepticle on the side of the house, I discovered that the trash had not been taken out for a while. The recepticle was FULL and several bags of trash (many filled with alcohol bottles) were left beside it in piles that had several flies around it. In fact, there were countless flies/bugs in the home when we first checked in that may have been entering the unit when the garage and/or front doors were opened/, possibly from the side of the home. The flies were in the home for at least the first 24 hours... Once we figured out where the bugs may have been entering, we all made it a point to not leave the garage door or front door open for very long.
5) The pool sweeper was not working well, only to find out that a small toy was lodged in it. Once we were able to do so, all was fine.

Cozy home
We generally enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and family oriented. The pool was clean and there were great amenities like pool toys, board games, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dining ware. We didn’t use the high chair or play pen, but both were available. Netflix was accessible and reliable WiFi. Quiet neighborhood and close to local amenities. The only issue we had were some ants. The previous people who stayed had left some trash in a cabinet and ants found it. We got rid of the trash, and cleaned out the ants, but they came back. We bought some ant spray and finally seemed to take care of the recurring problem in the trash cabinet and pantry. There was some delay in speaking with property manager but when we did get ahold of them they answered questions. Overall, it was pleasant stay.

Perfect spot
Stayed for more than a month on a business trip. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good, safe neighborhood close to work location. Coming from a northern location, having a great backyard with a grill was perfect. Loved the pool. Even though we didn’t use it, it was nice to know it was there. We didn’t have any issues but on the odd time we had questions about how something worked, the caretakers were available, friendly and helpful. All in all, a beautiful home and wonderful experience.

Great location
The property is in a great location and has lots of room! As well as the check in process was so smooth! We did enjoyed our stay but the property was not well cleaned upon arrival or well stocked with essentials like paper towels and toilet paper. Also we rented it to celebrate Christmas with our family and there were no decorations or a tree :( Of course this isn't required but it would have been a nice gesture considering we rented it for the holiday! Overall the property was good but Is in need of a deep clean... preferably before each renter comes in.

Great place Will stay here again
We enjoyed our stay. The house was great. The only complaint I have is the hot water is barely lukewarm. I understand it is set low for safety reasons but I think it is set below even the recommended level. The other issue was the ceiling fan in the master. I could not figure out how to gave the fan on and the lights off so I just removed the bulbs for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again
