It is near shopping and close to a variety of restaurants and other activities. Home is only a few minutes from many of the MLB Spring Training Facilities (Dodgers, White Sox, Reds, Brewers, Cubs, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Giants, A’s, Guardians (formerly the Indians), Royals, Rangers, Padres and Mariners). Westgate (State Farm Stadium & Desert Diamond Arena) and ISM Raceway (NASCAR). The Phoenix Metropolitan Area is home to many professional sports teams and also hosts amateur tournaments, conventions, car shows & auctions....and much more. There is an abundance of hiking trails, golf courses, equestrian centers, museums, art galleries.....something for everyone. You’ll enjoy over 2300 square feet of a single story home. NO STAIRS. Hard to find a single level home this size, in this area, without going to the outskirts of town. Also, rare to find one that offers TWO (2) KING size beds. Home has four (4) large bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. House is almost entirely tiled in beautiful 18” tiles. Hi-speed WiFi on property. Garage door remote provided for guest convenience. Some firewood is provided and a large assortment of dvds and cards/board games are kept on property too. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you should need to whip up your favorite treats. Brand new quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash and large deep stainless steel sink to give the kitchen that clean high end appearance. Plenty of counter space and extra seating at the bar top. KitchenAid mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot......etc. Standard coffee maker and a Keurig for those coffee lovers out there! Brand new hi-capacity Samsung washer and dryer. All towels and linens provided. Extra blankets, pool towels and pillows at property as well. WE TRY OUR BEST TO PROVIDE EVERYTHING WE CAN SO THAT OUR GUESTS REALLY ONLY NEED TO PACK THEIR CLOTHES AND PERSONAL ITEMS. It’s the details....we try to take care of as many of them as possible for our guests. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Iron and ironing board at property. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. Lawn chairs and an ice chest in the garage for guests to use. An extra propane tank on property. Carbon monoxide sensor, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kits are all in place at the home. The large master bedroom offers a Cal King bed, direct easy access to the back yard and an en-suite bathroom with separate tub & shower and dual vanities. Large walk-in closet and a faux fireplace heater, to create the perfect bedroom ambiance. Bedroom #2 ALSO offers a King size bed, 2 nightstands and a dresser. Plenty of room and storage. Lamps have USB ports to charge all those devices. Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed that has been wonderfully decorated. Beautiful matching nightstands and dresser adorn this room. Bedroom #4 provides comfort with another Queen size bed and a lovely nightstand and dresser w/mirror. ALL BEDROOMS have brand new 55” Smart TVs. ( Master Bedroom upgraded to a 65” Samsung Smart TV on Jan 18, 2021)You’ll be able to access your Netflix account or enjoy the Directv, with premium channels (HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, CINEMAX, ENCORE) that is provided at the home. Every bedroom has a digital alarm clock with USB charging ports. The living room has two (2) large comfortable couches and a 70” Samsung Smart TV. There is also a Sony DVD player and a large assortment of dvds. French doors allow access to the backyard oasis. There is a separate common area that also has a 70” Samsung Smart TV, a beautiful newly felted pool table, an upright Ms. PAC Man arcade game with many of your favorite old school arcade games programmed. Furnished with a leather sofa, matching loveseat, ottoman and a mini fridge. Arcade game has Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, 1942, Frogger, Galaga and more. Game is set to FREE play so you don’t need that roll of quarters! Recently added an additional arcade game that has 60 games programmed...Also set to free play for all of our guests!! ****The “resort style” backyard is the real gem of the home offering a beautiful large pebbletec pool and a built-in BBQ island with seating & patio umbrellas with LED lights for the evenings on the patio. I highly recommend this property. It is well appointed with most things you need in the kitchen: waffle maker, air fryer, blender, mixer, bakeware, pots / pans, popcorn maker, popup toaster, trash bags, paper towels, dish washing liquid and plenty of wash and dry kitchen towels and pods for the dish washer. There were spices in the cabinet and what could have been items left by previous renters (just a guess here) like mustard, ketchup, syrup, jelly... I would think it would be each individual's call as to whether or not you used the items.
The bed in the master was very comfortable! The rest of the family said all the beds were comfortable. The only thing my husband didn't like is that the master bath does not have a door to close off the bathroom from the bedroom. So if you forget to lock the door to the patio or the door to the hallway someone could walk in and see you in the shower. So we made sure to lock both. I loved that there is a water closet. That is a HUGE plus to any home for me.
We rented this home to visit with our children and grandchildren. At times there were only 4 people in the home at others there were 12 (w/ prior permission). The space inside and out was more that adequate.
The game room area was a HUGE hit! The pool table is so nice and the game machines kept the kids busy for hours. Just a wonderful home.
The outside pool area is great with lots of seating and a great grill area. I could go on but I've reached my feedback limit. Hope it helps.

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very spacious and clean. The private pool was nice to have and the billiard table was absolutely a joy to have. I also found myself some time to have a throwback to the 80's with the full sized arcade games. We felt very safe in the quiet family neighborhood. Scott has a gem in Goodyear that fit our need perfectly.

This is a beautiful home. Fabulous location for where we needed to be easy to get to anywhere else swimming pool, barbecue games, pool table, had about every kitchen, appliance imaginable available. Very clean and well-kept house and property. Would love to rent this property again if I were in the area.

This was the best trip and house for our family. I stayed here for my Masters Graduation ceremony. The house is fully equipped with every item you could imagine it’s beautiful, clean,spacious, quiet and the owner Scott was a great host. If I ever come back to this part of Arizona I’ll stay here again and again.

This property is exactly as it is presented to be. Scott was great about communicating before, during and after our stay. We used the outside area a lot and enjoyed every minute of swimming, watching golf and basketball, eating all meals. The beds are really comfortable and have the softest sheets you'll ever sleep on!! Everything you will need has been thoughtfully provided, from beach towels and sunscreen to every appliance you could possibly think of. We especially enjoyed making fresh juice with the juicer. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some sun, don't hesitate, this is the spot!

This home deserves its 5-star rating. The owner is very responsive, answering questions and giving tips on the numerous sightseeing options there are in the Phoenix area. The home was very clean with the kitchen having all the tools to eat in as many times as needed. Our group took in some Spring Training games and tailgated utilizing the cooler, chairs, and bag toss game from the house. It was also March Madness and we had fun watching games poolside on the outdoor TV and then in the game room while shooting some pool. The location is great, easy drive to all of our destinations with gas and grocery close by.
Long story short...our group of 6 adults (3 couples) had a great 5-star stay!

The house was great - everything you could need was provided. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The arcade and pool table were also used by everyone that stayed there. Would highly recommend this house. The owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Be really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was very clean and well stocked. With all the items in the fridge we were able to buy some hamburger meat and buns and enjoyed cooking dinner outside on the grill that was provided. Billy enjoyed the Miss Pac-Man game! DirecTV was also greatly appreciated.

We loved this house. When we arrived everything was clean and the house was well stocked with essentials and thoughtful extras. Our family of 8 had room to spread out but the house was perfectly laid out so we could all lounge together as well. Scott was a great communicator and quick to reply to all my messages before and during our stay. We had plenty of privacy but the neighbors were friendly when we drove down the street. Safe neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and cutlery to make and serve a meal for 7. We did ask if it was ok for my brother and other family to stop by. We will by using this wonderful house again in the future , when we come to visit family. There was lots of room to spread out. Didn’t have a chance to use the wonderful looking back yard . But maybe next time.

There were extra pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board, which hasn't been the case at other rentals, and a tv in every room, if you like that sort of thing.

This property was great to stay in. The house was clean, organized, and had everything we could need for our week there. The pool was nice, clean and perfect for playing with our kids in. The billiards table and arcade games were fun to play with my boys. The property manager was helpful and answered any questions I had about the place, quickly and he was very accommodating. We stayed for local baseball games in Goodyear and Peoria, and were very happy with the accommodations. The kids played pool (billiards) and swam so they were not glued to their devices the while time! We will be back!

There were many items we had to purchase at other places that were already here. The house has a great layout for everyone to have there own space but the common areas are large enough when everyone wanted to be together. Scott (the owner) was very responsive to messages. The location was perfect. We were 10-15 minutes away from hiking trails (might have been some closer too), 5 minutes away from groceries/restaurants and 15 minutes away from the outlet mall. The house has a great layout for everyone to have there own space but the common areas are large enough when everyone wanted to be together. Scott (the owner) was very responsive to messages. The location was perfect. We were 10-15 minutes away from hiking trails (might have been some closer too), 5 minutes away from groceries/restaurants and 15 minutes away from the outlet mall. We booked this as a staycation to enjoy the pool and spend time with family. It was perfect! This place is lovely! Beautifully landscaped front and back yards and very well decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay!! By far one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve stayed in.. We had a wonderful stay and Scott took excellent care of us! All of the furnishings in the house are top notch and every room is well appointed. The game room was a big hit with everyone - especially with the vintage arcade games. The weather was nice in April and the backyard / pool / kitchen was amazing. We didn't get to stay long enough and will definitely be back...

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful well furnished home with all the amenities. Loved the pool, outside cooking area, pool table, video games... Scott was especially accommodating our needs during our stay.
