Watch the sunrise on the Intracoastal waters in the morning as you sip a cup of coffee, and then watch it set from your balcony over the Gulf of Mexico. Simply beautiful!

Every amenity is included in your vacation villa, from custom bedding to oversized beach towels. We have included all bedding, towels, dishes, blow dryer, board games, and books. We have everything to make your packing light and your vacation smooth. In addition, we have free Wi-Fi Internet, cable, and a portable playpen for those traveling with young children.

Enjoy private tennis and two new Pickleball courts overlooking the ocean, a large heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and covered patio sets, two large grill areas, and the best (and most therapeutic) hot tub I have ever soaked in!

Sand Key beach is quiet and very private. It has excellent shells and is perfect for long, rejuvenating beach walks. It's adjacent to Clearwater Beach but separated by a new, long bridge. All of the nightlife and action of Clearwater beach is minutes away, but none of the noise and crowds cross over into Sand Key. This location gives you the best of both worlds. The 'Jolly Trolley' stops right across the street and takes you to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, etc... So getting there is a breeze. In addition, Disney is only an hour and 20 minutes away and Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away.

The building is gated with 24-hour security guards and full-time management is located on the property. In addition, included with the unit, is a private covered parking spot under the building to avoid the summer sun and rain. Across the street is a fantastic boardwalk with cute stores, nail salon, realty office, ice cream shop, and famous restaurants.

Some specifics on the unit: Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated with stand up showers, new vanities including quartz countertops, and flooring. The main living area has a large new sectional with three full recliners. Also, we have a new fireplace with a mounted 65 in. smart T.V. There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has brand new king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new queen-sized bed and armoire, with fresh linens and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom has been updated and is located right across the hall with a stand-up shower. The balcony has a bar height long table with stools. The kitchen has every appliance, dishes, towels, etc... needed, as well as new bar stools. In addition, we have two, twin-sized inflatable beds, perfect for two more guests or children.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed on the property for tenants.
