All of the nightlife and action of Clearwater beach is minutes away, but none of the noise and crowds cross over into Sand Key. This location gives you the best of both worlds. The 'Jolly Trolley' stops right across the street and takes you to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, etc... So getting there is a breeze. In addition, Disney is only an hour and 20 minutes away and Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away. The building is gated with 24-hour security guards and full-time management is located on the property. In addition, included with the unit, is a private covered parking spot. Across the street is a fantastic boardwalk with cute stores, a bank, salon, cleaners, ice cream shop, restaurants, and the ever-popular Dunkin' Donuts. Some specifics on the unit: Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated with stand up showers, new vanities including quartz countertops, and flooring. The main living area has a large leather sectional with 2 full recliners, as well as a separate recliner. Also, we have a 65 in. smart T.V., featuring Pandora and Netflix abilities in the unit. The living room also contains a DVD/stereo system for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and armoire, with fresh linens and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom is right across the hall and has a stand-up shower.
