OUR HOME: Simply the ultimate Cape Cod experience! Gorgeously appointed and fully renovated six-bedroom, five full bath, waterfront home set on our private beach on Nantucket Sound. The setting beckons you to come, relax and play. Here you will find a fantastic spot for your family retreat. Once you turn off the car, you need not go anywhere else to entertain your entire family with the best Cape Cod has to offer. The waterfront location, private beach in your back yard, ocean views from nearly every room in the house, and gracious indoor/outdoor living make this the perfect spot for your family's retreat. Ah yes, THE BEACH! It is literally part of your back yard and yours alone during your stay. Beautiful sand, world-famous breezes, and warm gulf stream water, excellent for swimming, boating and windsurfing. Incredible fishing, shell hunting, sunbathing and barefoot exploring are all at your back door! Here are details about the entirely renovated interior of the house: UPSTAIRS: Spacious Master Suite: Floor to ceiling views of the ocean, slide open the door to the private balcony for amazing views, ocean breezes and the sound of lapping water. Flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and private sound system. Beautiful marble bathroom w/ soaking tub and spacious seated shower. King bed with luxurious linens. Hannah's Room: Two XL twin beds and a large, cozy window seat for reading and looking out at boats on the horizon. More amazing views! Beautiful full bath with shower. Bunk Room: One set of bunk beds, two additional twin beds, and one trundle twin bed, all with head boards and foot boards. There is plenty of room to spread out and play board games or puzzles... or watch for pirates on the open seas! Plus, a secret hidden playroom all to yourselves! Come and explore! Guest Room: Upstairs guest room with queen bed just across the hall from a full tub/shower bathroom and next to the Bunk Room. This room pairs well with the Bunk Room to make its own family wing. DOWNSTAIRS: Junior Suite: Ground floor queen sleigh bed with private full bath with seated walk-in shower and ocean views from your picture window...perfect for grandparents. Flat screen HDTV and DVD. Sunset Bedroom: Queen bed, ground floor, more ocean views! Down the hall from a full bath with tub/shower. Kitchen: Brand new airy kitchen with island, convection oven/microwave combo and oven, gas range, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker. Watch the sailboats on the horizon while making sandwiches for the crew! Small flat screen HDTV to keep you up to date. Keeping Room: Adjoining the kitchen, the perfect spot for lazy breakfasts, easy-going days, and nights full of conversation and family time overlooking the deck and the sparkling water. Dining Room: Make more memories around the extra-large custom farmhouse trestle table surrounded by windows open to the relaxing ocean views and refreshing salt air. Plenty of seating for everyone. Right on the beach! The house was very clean. They even change out the hot tub between guests. The kitchen was well stocked which allow us to eat at home several nights. And the house manager was very responsive when we had any questions/concerns. Would totally stay here again!!!

What a great place to stay for a week and relax on the back porch watching the boats go by and listening to the waves. Long walks on the beach, boys fished, the girls tanned, and we all had a good time. We had a great experience and the host was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

August 27- September 3, 2022 Wow! So much to say and so little time. It was so easy to fall in love with 170. The moment you walk in the views take your breath away. The property is amazing from the backyard to the beachfront. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable. So neat and clean but what made it special were all the little touches that makes this house a home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made so many cherished memories. As we reflect on our stay, we all said, Wow!...and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you! Melanie & Family

After two previous attempts to host our family reunion on the Cape were cancelled due to covid and a personal health issue, we enjoyed the best week ever!. Great home and location, wonderful beach and the weather was perfect. We've been to Lake Tahoe, Jackson Hole, Ruidoso and Door County on other trips, but this is the best! We will be back. The owner was very helpful as well.

What a spectacular property for a large family or a group of friends. We rented this for a group of friends. We had plenty of space for our 7 adults. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The views and private beach are just spectacular! We would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Would definitely stay there again. The extra fridge made a huge difference for our large group and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Everything was clean. Much of the house is clearly new, updated, and beautiful - some is still a bit dated. Any issues that came up during our stay (dishwasher wasn't cleaning), were immediately addressed. Thanks for a great vacation!

We were 6 adults and 6 children (ages 0-9) and had an awesome week in early May. The house accommodated every guest with an ocean view room, had all kitchen supplies one would find in their own house, comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathrooms, ample storage space and a beautiful large deck that never felt crowded. The location is as good as it gets for a beach house. It has a nice and wide backyard with a large deck that has ample seating and entertaining space for all guests. The yard connects to the beach with only a few stairs and has uninterrupted water views. The water is very calm and clean, ideal for kids to play and everyone to enjoy for various activities while the soothing sounds of subtle waves is heard from anywhere in and outside of the house. We had a wonderful stay and hope to enjoy again.

What an amazing house and location. Inside clean, art work amazing, views so beautiful, plenty of room. Outside - the ocean and beach are right there and lets not forget the hot tube which was an added bonus. definitely rent again.
