About this condo rental
Located in Oceanside, this charming condo for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We own a beautiful ocean view condo at North Coast Village, unit D-109. First off, we want you to know that we use this unit ourselves.It is not your typical rental. It is very clean, up to date and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This luxurious unit is located in the "D" building which is closest to the ocean and is the 2nd condo in from the end with west facing ocean views as well as pool views off to the right. This comfortable and family friendly vacation condo sleeps 4 comfortably with a king in the master, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room as well as a queen size self-inflating mattress. Luxury abounds in this gorgeous one bedroom unit with ocean and harbor views. It is located at Oceanside's resort-like North Coast Village. Our condo provides are gorgeously remodeled and decorated with ocean views. You can hear the waves crash on the sand. The kitchen features upgraded slab granite counters, new cabinets, utensils , pots and pans as well as everything needed for everyday living. We have also added a door from the bedroom to the bathroom sink area for more privacy. Gorgeous tile floors in the kitchen , dining room , hallway, and bathroom with a carpeted living room and bedroom. It features a fireplace with a mantel and mirrored walls to make space look bigger.The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep every night! As the owner I have paid attention to every detail: from the colors of the sea and sand in the granite counters, to the high thread count of the linens - no creature comfort has been spared for your vacation, seasonal, or extended corporate stay. Our vacation home has 3 ceiling fans and a nice ocean breeze to keep you comfortable. In winter there is a gas fireplace and wall heaters as well as cozy throws. There are 2 flat screen TV's w/ surround sound basic cable and a dvd player. Free wi-fi but no telephone so make sure to bring your cell phone. Kids toys, booogie boards and beach chairs are there for your enjoyment. We purchased this unit as our vacation home for our family to enjoy and rent it out when we are not using it. I am very organized and a clean freak, and I can assure you it is the cleanest unit you will find in North Coast Village. We would ask that all items be thoroughly cleaned before you bring them back into the unit. An additional charge for cleaning will be added if the items are not in the same condition as you got them. If you are not willing to keep our vacation home nice this is not the rental for you. When booking through VRBO they do not hold a security deposit. The owner will request $450 a week before arrival to be placed on a credit card. Then the day you depart it will be refunded. This unit is in a great location. Easy access to the garage, pool, and beach. All amenities needed were provided. Communication with the owner was awesome. She was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions. We will surely book again. If you’re there on a Thursday be sure to hit the farmers market.

We're regulars to NCV for our family vacation. This unit worked out perfectly. Stocked with kitchen needs, chairs, boogie boards, and extra bedding. Parking is super convenient and pretty close to the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Loved sitting on patio watching the waves and hearing the waves from the bedroom. We stayed a week and would have liked to have more than 4 bath towels. Convenient location in North Coast Village - short walk to beach, pool and BBQ.

The owner is easy and quick at communicating. Check in was easy. The property is clean, well located between beach, pool and gym. And in the apartment you find everything you need for your stay as well as lots of fun stuff for your children.

The king bed was good. Our kids don’t like blow up mattresses so the slept on the couch cushions on the floor which worked well for us. The pull out bed is not decent which is why they have the blow up.
The pool was great and the hot tub was fun!
The couch is quite uncomfortable to sit on but if you are active and out and about it doesn’t matter much. The place was super clean and pretty quiet.
Our kids enjoyed feeding the Koi fish in the pond.
More than one dish towel would be nice but we cooked a ton and had lots of dishes to dry which I imagine most people eat out more than we did so it may not matter to others.
It seems this complex may struggle with ants. Our relatives stayed in the building next to ours and had them too. We found some ant spray and used it and they didn’t come back. The complex sprays weekly a sign said. It wasn’t a big deal once we found the spray to take care of them.
Internet was fast and TV worked good. This unit is great for a couple or people with a couple kids younger than 10 or if you like a blow up mattress then older kids too. The owner was wonderful to work with! She is very friendly and helpful.
A map to the patrol office would be helpful for after hours check in. We got a bit lost but called the owner and she helped us find it.
This unit doesn’t get direct Sun at any point of the day. It would be good for summertime. We went in December during a cold snap so some direct sun would have been nice but not a big deal.
The beach chairs are nice and there was tons of sand toys our kids loved! They have totes of toys in the closet, most for kiddos under 7 but nice they have them.
We would stay there again and really enjoyed our trip!

The condo was a great escape from our family covid isolation. It was located close to restaurants and we were able to get some bike riding and scootering in on the nearby strand before the weather turned wet and windy. When the weather was bad we took advantage of the gas fireplace to hang out and play games. Overall it worked out well despite the weather since the place was very cozy.

My family of 4 stayed here (and my mom stayed in the owners other condo in NCV) and we were very satisfied and impressed with both the overall facilities of NCV and the owner's condos. They were very well appointed with super comfy beds, silky sheets, high quality TVs in both rooms....all good! we also had boogie boards and sand toys.
The communication with the host was terrific, she was very responsive via email and answered all of our questions promptly and offered tons of info to help us enjoy our stay. I very highly recommend staying here! great stay.

This condo has become our go-to CA destination. Well appointed & very clean condo is steps from a great, family friendly beach and a short walk to the harbor (yummy restaurants & shops) to the north & the peir to the south (more food & fun). We park our car in the covered parking garage upon arrival and only use it for a day trip to Carlsbad or into San Diego - both very close. The rest of our week we spend relaxing in the beautifully landscaped, gated community & of course on the beach. The owners of this unit are beyond helpful & everything is just as they describe. A couple of pluses: there's a very soothing fountain just under the bedroom window that is nice to fall asleep too (and cuts noise). For a little extra $, the laundry is extremely convenient. And our deposit was returned quicker than I anticipated.
Just one thing; if you stay here, please take care! We plan to return again and hope to find it just as nice in the future. :-)

My husband & I spent 3 wonderful nights at NCV and had such a great, relaxing time in the resort-like atmosphere! The sound of the ocean waves crashing along the shore lulled us to sleep each night! We enjoyed the hot tub at night, and loved sitting on the balcony looking out on the ocean & especially the gorgeous sunsets! LOVED it! Will definitely be back!

I loved everything about our stay. The condo was just as described- clean! That is a big deal to me. We had a terrific week exploring Southern CA. We went everywhere! Next time we visit, I would love to sit on the beach for the entire week. It was so relaxing.

This was an awesome condo to rent! I have rented at north coast village several times before, and this was the best rental we have had. It had fabulous views, a washer/dryer, immaculately cleaned, and lots of toys/boogie boards for the kids. You could hear the waterfall from the bedroom, which was an awesome feature. It was also an incredibly quiet location. The location in Oceanside is also great; we went to Lego Land for the day and it only took 15 minutes to get there. The Oceanside harbor is walking distance where there are several nice restaurants. I definitely recommend this condo to rent and I plan to rent it again!

The condo was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. Although the unit was on the lower floor in the middle of the building, it was very quiet! Waterfalls outside the bedroom window were wonderful for sleeping! Unit gave great access to the beach, strand, harbor and biking trails. It was nice having boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use, too! Jackie made the process so easy - from the prompt response at the initial date and rate inquiry, to the informative emails and very quick cleaning deposit return! Great times!

My husband and I travel to Oceanside each year and always stay at North Coast Village. It's my happy place! Jackie's condo was perfect for us. Very cozy, comfortable and nicely appointed. The condo was immaculate and very welcoming. The booking process was easy, convenient and reasonable. Jackie is very prompt at responding to questions. This was our first trip to Oceanside for a family vacation. We had visited previously with a traveling softball team, but only stayed for about an hour. We fell in love with Oceanside and decided to drive out from AZ to enjoy 4 days of relaxation and fun! We were unable to find a decently priced hotel room that was on the beach, so my husband did a search for condos and we found Mike and Jackie's beautiful place! The price was absolutely perfect and the location was outstanding!! Dealing with Jackie in setting things up for our vacation was so simple and very pleasant- she was so accommodating and extremely patient with all of my questions! By far, one of THE best family vacations we have had!

This is the second year we have stayed in these condos. We love both of this families condos and always have a great time. The location is absolutely perfect and couldn't be any better. The home is very clean and updated. It's like staying in a upscale hotel. .. only better! We can't wait until our next visit. A year is too far away!
