Very good and easy to access location in a residential neighborhood. We were very comfy and cozy as three people in this location. We appreciated having a few condiments, coffee filters, etc., and left a few for the next folks.

The only suggestion I have is that the pullout mattress in the living room could use mattress cover.

spacious, private, like home away from home. great fenced back yard.

Chairs out front weren’t useable. they were saturated and dirty. I’d have liked to enjoy the front porch.

The apartment was small and sparsely furnished. Shabby. The exterior was unkempt. The location was good. It was just adequate.

Clean up the yard. More surface areas. Larger closets. More kitchen equipment. Ice trays. Towel bars. Extra blankets.
