This 860 sq. ft. (80 m2) apartment is up four flights of stairs. The building is located across two courtyards, so the apartment offers absolute silence and calm. The entrance opens onto a large living room, in which ancient and modern furnishing creates a unique atmosphere. Floor is in marble and there are a fireplace, an antique dining table & six chairs, a pendulum, two antique cupboards, two comfortable design chairs with a little table, and a CD player. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and fully equipped. It is separated from the living area by "colombages", the typical vertical beams that normally constitute the structure of the old building. It features a glass lunching table, two higher baby chairs and two adult chairs. BABYCOOK, toaster, kettle, two Italian "caffettiere", and all of the pots, pans, and utensils you ll need. At the entrance of the apartment (in the cupboard) there is also a washing machine with clothes dryer function. There are three bedrooms, two of which communicating. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the communicating bedroom has a bunk bed (2 adult size places). The third room has a bunk bed.
