great property for multigenerational large family. grandkids had a blast jumping in the lake, kayaking, and fishing. all of our entertainment was right on site. lots of chairs, campfire, roof deck and beach front. plenty of space for eating. grill worked great. we only left one day to visit Watkins Glen. thank you for sharing your home

Our family rented this house for the Fourth of July week. We had a great view of the fire works!! ( I’m not sure if there is a bad view). None the less, it’s a great location, not to far from Penn Yann , close to Keuka Spring Vinard. Good size driveway for parking, nice size yard for can jam. Wonderful waterfront with a Stoney beach, there is no grass as soon as you get in the water. The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable and inviting. Well kept and maintained. Overall experience was Wonderful and we didn’t want to leave.
