SUMMARY: - Oceanfront villa in Playa Arcangel community, Rosarito, Mexico - 24/7 gated security - Access to semi-private beach - Community oceanfront pool + jacuzzis - Large roof patio - Fully equipped kitchen - AC and heat - High speed WiFi - 7-eleven across street and oxxo next door - 1 mile south of downtown Rosarito + Papas & Beer We have 3 villas (same location, floor plan, and amenities): ☮ Villa Paz ❤ Villa Amor ☺ Villa Felicidad THE SPACE: - Our villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests (3 king size beds). - Modern amenities including fiber optic, high speed WiFi internet (Up to 300 Mbps) - Secure parking on-site - Entry stairs down to 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms on a single level - Sliding patio glass doors in living and master bedroom with perfect ocean view - Bedroom 1: Master with attached bath (king size bed) - Bedroom 2: Master with attached bath (king size bed) - Bedroom 3: Full bathroom located in hallway (king size bed) GUEST ACCESS: - Guests have access to entire villa (except utility room) and community amenities. - No visitors are allowed (only registered guests). - 6 guests are included with your booking for no additional charge (kids count as guests). - Additional guests are $35 per guest per night + booking site fees/taxes if paid for at least 24 hours before arrival. - Additional guests are $50 per guest per night if paid for at security gate upon arrival or during stay. - You will need to show a photo ID at the security gate in order to get your bracelets required for access to the community. A photo of the ID is taken at check-in and deleted at check-out. - Bracelets are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during your stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Early check-ins might be available for a fee but late check-outs are not available. - No check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays. - Multiple security measures: 24/7 gated security, video surveillance, electric fence, bracelets for registered guests only - The beaches in Rosarito are open 7 am - 7 pm daily. - Our pool and jacuzzis are open 9 am - 9 pm. They are a shared amenity within the community of around 35 villas. - There are two jacuzzis: one in-ground jacuzzi and one above-ground jacuzzi (only one jacuzzi may be heated during the week). - Kids are not allowed in the jacuzzis but are allowed in the pool with adult supervision. - Community amenities such as pool and jacuzzis are offered but not guaranteed. - We provide pool towels but not other beach essentials such as an umbrella. - There are two charcoal grills available for your use: one next to the clubhouse and one on the roof patio. - No washer/dryer available for guest's use. - A security deposit for $100 is placed as a credit card pre-authorization just before check-in that gets released upon check-out if no damage is reported. NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW: - Downtown Rosarito is ~1 mile including Rosarito Beach Hotel, Papas & Beer, shopping, and Tacos El Yaqui - Ride ATVs or horses on the beach - Eat lobster oceanfront in Puerto Nuevo (10-15 min) - Surfing - Explore wineries of Valle de Guadalupe (~1 hr drive) - Play golf oceanfront at Bajamar (~30 min drive) - Get a massage GETTING AROUND: - Drive your car (2 parking spaces at villa) - Uber or taxi

We are definitely going back. The property was beautiful and very clean. The host replied to all my questions. The check in was quick and easy. The bed we're so comfortable. Only complain was on last day of checkout they turned off hot water and electricity? Over-all it was perfect Villa :)

This Villa is truly amazing! It is secure, clean, has great amenities, right on the beach and centrally located. Cortney and Marco as hosts were extremely responsive and very communicative with us. We had an amazing time here and can't wait to book with them again! Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

The villa was beautiful, this was our 2nd time staying here in the same villa. Cortney and Marco are great and make the booking and stay so easy and always respond quickly. Our family was already talking about going back again. I definitely recommend staying here, there are stores walking distance wich makes it very convenient. Definitely going back again.

Family and I very much enjoyed our stay. We escaped the AZ scorching heat for a week in July. It was nice to have the option to go to the beach and the pool which was heated by the way. Plenty of space for our family of 6. We felt safe during our stay. You’ll be just maybe a 3 minute drive away from the busier Rosarito district.

My friend and I took our 3 teenage daughters to Rosarito for a quick, mid-winter getaway. We booked this property for it's proximity to the beach, the gated community, 3 large bedrooms/bathrooms, and updated amenities. We were NOT disappointed. The property was VERY clean and was exactly was it was described. We had plenty of space for all of us (and our stuff) and the location was perfect. We were just steps from the pool and hot tub area and just a short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed sunsets and the stars at night and a couple of nice days to lay out and read a book. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This Villa has it all awesome location, beautiful clean home, perfectly kept up common areas and private beach access is the cherry on top. Our check in was very smooth and pulling up to the Villa just took our breath away. The pictures don't do it justice on how close you are to the beach and steps from the pool that's cleaned every morning. We loved this home and look forward to staying here every time we come to Mexico.

We booked Villa Paz for weekend 2 of Baja Beach Fest. It was the perfect location, close enough to where the cab ride was only about 5 minutes, but far enough to avoid all the mayhem. The check in process was smooth and the host was very communicative, even contacting me to let me know that early check in was available! The villa was clean and had modern amenities including wifi and a 75 inch android TV which we were able to stream music from without having to connect our own phones and speaker systems. There were 3 actual bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There were some complimentary snacks and refreshments to our surprise including pedialyte! The view was beautiful and everything was in working order. The security makes their rounds through the property but they weren't overbearing like they tend to be at some places, present but not policing. The communication from the host was excellent and I felt that if we had any issues or needed anything they would be right there to help. Overall it was a perfect home away from home and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay again!!!

In a prime location with access to the main street and convenience store/eateries. Tucked away in the corner it offers safety and privacy. A true gem because you’re steps away from the pool and your own private beach!

This is a new, clean property but it comes with lots of 'rules' which we were frequently reminded of via email and small signs around the house. The property needs to allow more than 1 towel per guest! I know people like security but wearing a wristband during our stay and having to hold up our arms upon entry every time we returned was a bit uncomfortable.
No party rule seemed to not apply to the next door neighbors partying on the adjoining patio at 2am. A few warm touches could make this a 5 star spot.

This could of been a great place but unfortunately the check in process was/is unprofessional. They wanted to keep charging us for additional guest, we paid for 12 total guest rented 2 locations. When I initially arrived we had 10 guests only and I made it very clear 2 additional were arriving later and to give me their passes/wristbands. They made sound like it was no problem for them to come later yet they kept harassing us to pay and then they charged my credit card without my approval. I contacted the host and Courtney was not worth my time, she simply kept making excuses for the lack of knowledge of what was happening. Believe me their are better places to stay in Rosarito. I do not recommend this place.

This is one of the best places to stay in Roasarito. Depending on the tide you can walk down the beach to the center of town and you have access to all the bars and restaurants. The location has a great pool and hot tub as well. Very relaxing!

Don’t hesitate to book here, the place was great, easy to find and an easy drive to downtown! Having the pool, hot tub and beach right out the back door was a huge plus. Plenty of good spots to eat within walking distance too.

My Family Was Impressed with the Beauty!
We arrived later in the day and the security guard at the gate had all of our information so getting to the condo registering was smooth and easy. A code was provided to enter the premise. The morning after we had coffee on the deck and later breakfast. All while we enjoyed the fantastic view. My teenage daughters had school/work for a couple hours and the Wifi service was excellent for them. Some were out on the front lawn doing there work as they listened to the crashing waves. The others were in the living room. After their school work was complete they enjoy Netflix, but we quickly moved them away from TV to enjoy the scenery! ;). The property has a semi private beach within a cove. On the beach there is a huge whale bone that seems to be fossilized. But it’s not that old. That was very interesting to see. Overall we had a great time.

Amazing views and quiet property.
We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is very nice and clean. The views are spectacular. We loved hearing the ocean at night from our room, and the morning we left we saw dolphins not far off the coast. Our 7 year old cried when we left because she wanted to stay. It was a perfect little retreat for our family and it was quiet and safe. Cortney was a fabulous host and checked in on us several times to make sure we had what we needed. The only down side was the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very hot either but we were there in December. We will definitely be back!
