Sandy was so helpful and accommodating when we needed a last minute place to stay. The place was so cozy and the view was priceless. Definitely helped relieved some of the stress from dealing with our issues at our house. Would highly recommend this listing to anyone.

My husband and I spent three nights with our two dogs in this beautiful lakeside home. The neighborhood was quiet and the sunrise over the lake was the perfect way to start a day. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was spotless. Sandy was very responsive to our questions and check in and check out were a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again!

Such a beautiful spot! The lake is gorgeous (the sunsets to die for) and it's close enough to downtown. The cozy home is charming and nicely appointed. Great for a small family or couple. Fish the lake from the dock if that's your thing. Also perfect for a dog. The host could not be nicer!

This property was perfect for my little family. Absolutely beautiful on the lake, quiet, quaint. There were deer often grazing in the front lawn - a true serene escape! The owner was very communicative and helpful, I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I booked this cute cottage home to visit his daughter and do a little fishing. The view of Old Hickory Lake from the covered porch and deck was beautiful. The home is quaint with all the amenities needed to have a relaxing week on the lake. Since there is a dock at the home, we brought our bass boat. There is a boat ramp just up the road about a mile which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping within 20 minutes. You won't be disappointed in this home. The owner answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Two teams of dock dogs, handlers and dogs found this awesome cabin to stay at and enjoy while we came to Tennessee to compete at Wilson Fairgrounds. Every thing we needed to relax in between competitions. Really nice area, neighbors very friendly. Dogs could swim and play ball. Sit on the porch enjoy the water view during the day and the quiet of the night, and the visiting deer a bonus! We will be back for next year’s competition and hoping it will be available.

All around fantastic weekend. Enjoyed seeing sailboats cruising on the water. Last morning before dawn walked to the water and a small herd of deer came up. They froze for a few moments before taking off. Four were very small. If you are a nature lover, like water views, and want a cozy little cabin, I highly recommend.

This cottage was perfect for my sister and I! I drove from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and my sister came up from Alabama to meet up for a mini vacation. The cottage was so peaceful and met all of our needs. Clean and comfy furnishings with all of the basic necessities that we needed for our 6 day stay. The location was perfect for our day trips to Nashville and surrounding areas. Sandy was available for any questions we had and was a genuinely warm and friendly host. I wished we could have enjoyed the porch and lake area more, but the heat and humidity kept us inside most of the time we were there. Luckily the central air worked wonderfully!

First full day I fell off the 2x10 that was used to get you onto the dock! I really hurt myself and my husband had to help me out of the rocks along the bank. I spent most of the remaining days using a cane and a knee brace. My husband called the owner and said that little 2x10 was insufficient. He did have someone come over to fix it so it wasn’t as wobbly. The next morning we awoke to ants all over the kitchen counter. We weren’t even using the kitchen! We made coffee but ate out every meal. We washed our coffee cups every morning but the ants made another appearance. We bought some raid ant killer and used it on the countertops. They never went into the cabinets or silverware drawer. The bathroom is SMALL you need to open the shower door do use the commode. So, just a note our celebration week was not what we expected.

We were there for the George Strait concert, this cabin gave us a nice place to rest and relax with our dogs between our Nashville sight-seeing and concert event. We had a very severe storm come through that downed trees and power-lines in the area. Sandy came by to make sure we were ok and checked to see if we needed anything, then brought us candles and a flashlight. You have everything you need at this cabin and if you need food or a place to eat you're very close to town with supermarkets and a Walmart. We would stay again. Thanks Sandy!

We picked a bad time to stay at the lake house since it rained most of the time. Besides that, the house was very comfortable and the view was incredible. Access to the dock could use a little work. Overall a very relaxing trip!

Enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect getaway between games. Son was able to fish and we relaxed by lake.I wish we had more time to enjoy all the lake and area had to offer. I would have loved to float out to the sand bar!

Quiet, cozy cottage was a perfect getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook meals. The view was great from the screened-in porch! Sandy responded immediately to any inquiries.

This cottage was a perfect place for relaxing, and plenty of space for our dog Yonko. I highly recommend this place and Sandy the host was so nice to work with! Absolutely no issues! Fabulous find in TN! We would love to come back!!!

We had a wedding in Smyrna. This property provided the perfect place to get away from the city and just relax. It was close enough to drive to Broadway and all that Nashville has to offer. I recommend bringing water shoes if you plan on swimming in the lake. We took the canoe out and it was a lot of fun exploring the cove.

Wonderful place to relax. The bathroom is small but not crazy small. The kitchen and living room look out over the lake. There is a three season porch and a deck and plenty of space in the backyard. Internet worked for full video meetings. Sandy is a great dude and wants to make your experience a good one.

All we needed at this vrbo was our clothes & food. Sandy’s place had everything else for us. Sandy/owner was very accommodating as he lived close by. His place was very clean and perfect for us. There was not a problem either with daughter’s dog being there for several days. Neighbors were friendly & area was quiet. We were very satisfied staying here for 8 days.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's close to Nashville and easy to access everything you would want to do. I fished every morning and evening. Caught a ton of Bluegill from the Dock.

We absolutely loved this property! It was super clean and lovely on the inside. The view from the porch was to die for! The host was very nice and accommodating. It’s a very safe neighborhood and convenient to a lot of things. I highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed this little cottage on the. Very peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoyed watching the sailboat and many other boats. Thank you Sandy and Jack for letting us stay there !

Very nice place. The place is a bit small but manageable if there is only 2 people. Views from the backyard are awesome and help make up for the smallness of the interior.

Cute cottage on a happening lake. We enjoyed the location and the cottage was perfect. We grilled and made breakfast at home. We went to the Sam’s Grill for dinner a couple of nights. (10 min drive). The sand bar is right off the dock/beach. We brought sup boards and enjoyed the festivities.
