Private gated cottage surrounded by a forest of oak tress & landscaped grounds in a very private, quiet location. Know as the Sunbelt area of the Monterey Peninsula for being above the fog line between Monterey and Salinas. Close proximity to beaches, vineyards, Laguna Seca Raceway, Fort Ord National Monument (15 mins). Gated, furnished 2 story open floor plan. Vaulted ceilings. Main floor has 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, & seating area. Upstairs floor has loft with office area, & a seating area with pull out sofa. Enclosed patio off main floor for relaxing, BBQing, viewing nature. Miles of adjacent public lands for hiking & biking.

Robert was an excellent host - he met us when we arrived, showed us around the property, made sure we knew how to contact him and left us to enjoy our stay. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for us and our teenage daughter. The home is situated well for visits to monterey, big sur and santa cruz. Salinas and Laguna Seca are just down the road. And the hot tub is wonderful after a day of hiking.

Quiet, comfortable clean stay. It is a beautiful home and the owner is very friendly and communicates well. We have stayed before and we will gladly stay again!

We loved every minute of our stay in the house. It was the perfect size for our family of four. We truly enjoyed the quiet of the area and the beautiful outdoor garden area. We cooked meals each night and played UNO in the little living space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone headed to the area.
