The homeowners would not be liable for any accidents if anyone enters the koi pond in violation of these rules. Prior permission is necessary for holding any parties to avoid nuisance for neighbors. Additional cleaning fees may apply for any parties. Please follow all applicable policies and applicable laws. Only persons 18 and above are allowed to use these services. The person who made the booking has to stay. Minors cannot stay by themselves and must be accompanied by the adult/s who made the booking. Pet fee of $75 per pet per night.
