Mum and sporting daughter's visit

Lovely property, very secure,generous size,excellent location,perfect layout,private garden area for lounging and eating. Comfortable sofa and chair in indoor area,appreciated Netflix and the useful condiments and other bits and bobs around the house. Plenty room for keeping bike. Hosts exceeding helpful.

We thought the sun loungers a bit uncomfortable 😕 We think stretch fabric rather than hard plastic would be better. Just a very minor issue though.

Exceptional

It was so peaceful and the apartment was lovely I couldn't fault it. Fefi and Sergio were lovely and very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I will definitely be staying here again Sheila ❤️

Lovely central Location!

Wonderful host Fefi was so helpful we loved this house very spacious and clean we wanted for nothing. The location is excellent near the beach and bars/restaurants. Many thanks we loved it.

Home from home

Beautiful house, like brand new. Everything you need in the kitchen, full oven and cooker. Toaster. Plenty of cutlery and cups etc. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Bedrooms are very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Bathroom lovely and big. There's loungers for outside, it's nice and private. Pool is 20 second walk at bottom of estate.. Very private estate and safe. It's home from home! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful.

There was building work in the house next door which the owner was unaware of but it didn't cause much disruption, only in the morning. They stopped by 5pm.

Bhí an áit iontach. Bhí teach iomlán againn dúinn féin . Bhí sé an ciúin , ach fós bhí sé cóngarach do gach rud , nóiméad amháin siúl don siopa , trí nóiméad siúl don trá agus na bialanna go léir . Bhí gach rud sa teach - agus clós álainn le bórd agus 4 cathaoir , dá mbéadh tú ag iarraidh do bhéile a ithe amuigh faoin aer . Freisin sa chlós bhí dhá leaba gréine , agus bhí falla árd timpeall an clós . Mar sin bhí sé an príobháideach , agus foscadh deas dá mbéadh gaoth ann .

Go raibh orm an áit a fhágáil tar éis seachtain , mar bhíomar ag dul abhaile.

Excellent stay, host is most accommodating. The property is excellent as is the location.

Very well presented, a properly equipped home that you could easily stay at for an extended time.

The communal pool area is very clean but sparsely finished. Some basic table & chairs, pot plants etc would really make it more inviting.

Excellent location, gorgeous house and wonderful hosts

Excellent location, close to beach and main area and very quiet. Hosts were wonderful with lots of information on Lanzarote, ensuring we got the most from our stay. The property is fabulous and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again

Exceptional

Everything about the property was amazing, the actual apartment stunning, the location was great, the beach was 4minutes walk and spar was just around the corner. The owners were amazing to deal with and very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place!!

A fabulous family holiday!

A beautifully presented property, incredibly clean and with all home comforts you’d need on a family holiday. A quiet complex with a super little pool to cool off in, but close to bars, restaurants and beaches. A brilliant base to explore Lanzarote from. Check in / out was so easy and Fefi was such a helpful host. we would highly recommend Ave Paraiso!

Lovely apartment, centrally located

Very clean on arrival and everything we needed was in the apartment. Very modern, secure and private. Sergio met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. Centrally located with a Spar about 3 minutes walk away, pubs, restaurants and the beach further minute away. Pool was very clean. Sergio and Fefi were very helpful and available to help with any questions we had. We would highly rate this apartment as it was everything we needed.

A great choice for Puerto del Carmen

Ave Paraiso is a self-contained house, with its own private outdoor space. Although you are just a few minutes walk from the main strip, you are away from the noise and bustle in a tranquil setting. It was lovely sitting in the courtyard which gave you a sense of privacy as you were not overlooked. The house has everything you need. There is a swimming pool shared with other residents in the complex. Fefi, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly, and would happily help in any way she could. We are going to recommend this accommodation to our friends.

1. Superior approach of the hosts. Friendly and helpful, much more than professional. 2. Pleasant and comfortable house. 3. In the center, everything close, but quiet and private.

Would recommend property and location

Our host met us and regularly contacted to make sure everything was ok which is was. We unfortunately travelled here one day before lockdown so have not done what we hoped to do, but the accommodation is great

Great accommodation and location

Very homely. Plenty of towels, linen, toilet rolls and shampoo, soap, all provided. Location was great, plenty of shops near and 5 minute walk maximum to the strip. House is pretty private in a lovely and secure little complex. Would return anytime
