About this condo rental
Nestled in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $289 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to what we consider an all inclusive destination! We hope you and your family are safe and healthy and ready to get back to life, especially life at the Wharf! We have taken great care to prepare the condo for your arrival and the arrival of every guest after you! Our cleaning staff continues to disinfect every surface with lysol and bleach products assuring the destruction of any virus. These are the products the CDC has suggested we use to keep you safe. We are also leaving you additional disinfectant products for your use for added peace of mind. The Wharf is one of the most intriguing destinations in the South. At The Wharf, you enter onto Main Street with a view of the marina on the horizon. But first, as you travel down main Street, take in the many amenities The Wharf has to offer. The ladies will enjoy limitless shopping in specialty stores and boutiques, including Be-Jeweled, Lucca, Ooh La La, or Tickled Pink. The men may want to stop at Shades or The Cigar Bar. The kids won't mind a bit because they quite possibly will be at Build A Bear or Arena the Next Level for some laser tag! Men, women, and kids of all ages will find something special on Main Street. Once the shopping is complete, it may be time for a bite to eat. There are over 15 restaurants at The Wharf. You can enjoy burgers at Shawn's House of Burgers. or maybe an island inspired dish at the Compleat Angler Restaurant. If a snack is what you're looking for, try Dippin' Dots, Island Time Daiguiries, or The Sugar Shack. There is something to make any rumbling in any tummy, very happy! When you're ready for some fun in the sun you can walk or be treated to a free tram ride to The Wharf's Oasis. Here you can enjoy a ride in the lazy river, the zero entry wave pool, the kiddie pool with slides, the 24 person hot tub, or some R and R on Hammock Island. Day after day, you can enjoy the beautiful Orange Beach weather and this fantastic amenity at The Wharf. As a previous guest stated, 'We took the 5 minute ride to the beach and 15 minutes later, the kids wanted to go back to The Oasis!' It truly is paradise! Our unit feels very luxurious but is extremely comfortable and sleeps up to 8. In the master bedroom you will find a king sized bed and an awe inspiring view of the Marina. The master bathroom has a separate water closet, garden tub, and a glassed in shower large enough for a small family! There is also an over sized walk in closet. You can bring enough clothes for the week and never have to do laundry! The guest room has 2 double beds, plantation shutters, a large closet and built in book shelves. Attached to the bedroom is a full bath as well. There is also a very comfy sofa sleeper in the family room that easily sleeps 2 adults. Our unit has premium furnishings like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and well appointed architectural details. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware to prepare any meal. The chef will also find a wine fridge, an essential for all chefs! The balcony boasts awe inspiring sunset views you can enjoy as boats of all sizes pass and dock at their leisure on the Intracoastal Waterway. On the balcony you can dine at the bistro table or take an afternoon siesta in the ratan rockers while a meal is prepared on the gas grill. In addition to all of the items listed above, The Wharf also offers golf outings, dolphin cruises, a 15 screen movie theater, a 10,000 seat amphitheater with legendary bands and national acts such as Lady Antebellum, Alabama, Miranda Lambert, and Brad Paisley just to name a few. And one of the most unique features here is The Wharf Ferris Wheel which is the largest in the southeast. It is 112' high and seats up to 140 people. We hope you will consider staying with us at The Wharf where you will begin each day with complimentary Starbucks coffee and Biscotti. Nicely decorated condo at the Wharf. Condo was clean, but balcony was not. Had trouble with the bedroom TVs (no reception). Got one to work with our Roku. Furniture was comfortable, with exception of beds. However, overall a nice vacation.

We rented this condo bc we were coming into town for a Deep South competition. The location could not have been more perfect. It was less than a 15 minute walk to the Wharf Amphitheater )
(Entrance gates~located across the boardwalks behind the amphitheater), The condo was well equipped and everything worked perfectly. The location to the Wharf shops was so convenient. The Oasis pool can only be described as FABULOUS!! (You will have to drive from the condo…it’s quite a trek otherwise). The parking slot is located on the 3rd floor open air parking lot. (There are luggage carts available) You will have to have a code to get onto the parking slot level and also will need the code to access the walkover on the 3rd floor to get from the parking garage to the building. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and nicely decorated and had everything . The wharf has great stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wharf!! Kim was the BEST host ever. He was very quick to respond. We even had an incident were my kids locked our key in the condo. She had us sorted out and back in our condo in less than 10 minutes....will definitely stay there again!.

All was described perfectly, the only issue I had was took me 25 minutes to access lock box to get key out the VRBO instructions was incorrect . I called the owner and they immediately called back to inform me of correct code. Then was able to get in.

Our stay was relaxing. The condo is perfect! Very spacious. The balcony overlooking the marina was my happy place. Had the opportunity to see many dolphins right from the large balcony. Beds were comfortable and would definitely recommend booking this condo.

The location was beautiful! The only issue was the condo was not as clean as we expected. I do not think this is a direct reflection of the owner but the cleaning crew she uses so I will be giving her that feedback. The owner was amazing. We accidentally got locked out and she was on it right away so we could enjoy the rest of our day! We would definitely considering coming back.

The beds are extremely firm, which may be fine for some, but we slept badly enough that we went out on day 2 for a mattress topper. So maybe plan to bring one if you like a softer bed. :)

This is not a reflection on the unit/owner, but I felt it was worth mentioning because it was a bit off-putting to pay all the money we did for the amenities, only be told to dump out our water bottles in the parking lot and pay $2/bottle for our family of 5 multiple times each day. Aside from that, the Oasis is awesome and the food at the grille is great!

We would return
To begin, the Warf is a beautiful property if you need a quick getaway without the usual hassle of being in heavily populated tourist areas. Check in was fairly straightforward, except we couldn't get the provided code to work. However, communication was stellar and the owner answered right away to assist us. The only other issue we had was the sofa sleeper had no linens. We had to drive to Gulf Shores to get sheets for it around 9:00 p.m. at night. My husband was a bit annoyed by that. Otherwise, everything was as expected and we had a wonderful time.

I was excited about taking another trip to orange beach. Not excited about the 6 hour drive but excited about being able to stay at The Warf again especially since I had such a great experience the previous time. The owner did well with breaking down instructions and sending emails in advance. However upon arriving I was able to notice that the condo was not as clean. The beds in each room where extremely uncomfortable. All pillows are old (flat) I was in the master bedroom and had to sleep on all four pillows just to get comfortable. I understand that there can’t always be fresh pillows but these pillows definitely need to be changed. The bedding needs to be changed as well. In the second room, the mattress appeared not to even fit the bed frame correctly. When laying you can feel and hear the springs in the mattress. My friend couldn’t not watch tv because the remote was broke and not working. Utensils and pots were dirty with food stuck on them. The couch was also uncomfortable and outdated. When leaving we had to strip the bed, something I never had to do before especially considering a cleaning fee is being charged. I should not have to strip the bed. When taking the pillowcases off I was so disgusted with how dirty the pillows were underneath. Overall I was not pleased with this condo. I love staying at The Warf, however I will opt out to rent this condo again.
