Located in Edgewater, this lovely condo for $377 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This condo has the best of both worlds - you can see the ocean, courtyard and pool directly from the living room and balcony. And you can see amazing sunsets from the kitchen window and guest room. Colony Beach Club is a rare gem. Located on the largest stretch of beachfront property, the complex is only 2 stories, has beautiful grounds and is very well-maintained. The NON-DRIVING beach here is serene and feels very private - lots of room to stretch out. You can also walk to shops and restaurants from the complex. This unit has been completely renovated with a modern coastal, boho beach vibe. It has a new kitchen, bathrooms and appliances. New Smyrna Beach is known as the beach where the locals go. This quaint town has many great restaurants, cool surf shops, art galleries, great shopping, endless outdoor activities and just has an all-around cool energy!

We had a fabulous time at the condo which was perfectly furnished and decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners have done a wonderful job with all the care and detail they have taken with remodel to the condo and location was great. We appreciated being allowed to rent their exceptional beach condo.

This was one of our favorite beach stays. This condo had absolutely everything we could need for a week at the beach and was truly just a gorgeous and comfortable home away from home for our family of 4. One thing that is hard to tell from the pictures is the amount of storage packed into this 2/2 unit. The kitchen is perfectly laid out with tons of food storage space. Each of the bedrooms have large closets and there is even a large hall closet with more beach towels and bathroom towels than you could hope for. It is clear the owners put a ton of thought and time into renovating this unit and it is just perfection. Even the large storage closet on the balcony was filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. The owners were extremely generous in what they provide in the unit (many things that you don’t normally find at a rental condo) and we were so grateful. We loved waking up every morning to see the ocean. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at NSB!
We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our family’s needs. Being on the non-driving section of beach gave us peace of mind about the kids running back and forth to the water. The owners and property manager were all great to work with. We stay at NSB every summer, and this place was one of our favorites. Highly recommend!

Perfect fit
This property exceeded our expectations! The check-in process could not have been easier. The owners provided everything that our family of four needed for our ten day stay. The walk to the beach could not have been easier. We will definitely be looking to come back!

I took photos of the mold in the master shower, the loose kitchen floor tiles, the unattached dining room seat cushion, the grime around the front door handle, the wall to wall carpeting was worn, stained & puckered.There were no wall switches at the entrance or in the bedrooms. The linens were worn and discolored. When I called the owner he became defensive and argumentative. I mentioned the floor tiles in the kitchen and he sarcastically asked if I wanted him to send over a tile layer. He ridiculed my concerns by asking me what I expected for the price I paid -- The Ritz? I said I thought it would be best if I took up my concerns with Vrbo. He became exceptionally angry and asked, twice, if I were threating him. It was a very unpleasant situation.

We enjoyed our stay. The Condo had everything we needed with plenty of clean towels, bedding and pillows. There were six of us staying there and all of the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the view of the pool and the beach.

Lovely vacation cut short by COVID
The condo complex is an older property that is kept in very good condition, with regular property cleaning etc. evident. Great ocean view from our rental property, which was clean and well kept. Flooring should be updated, but in no way a problem. The property owner was immediately responsive when we were unsure about the check in procedure and when we needed to leave to go home much earlier than expected. This condo complex is well run and was personable along with an overall good social atmosphere for older adults. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the complex is located in a good location in NSB.

We stayed here the first two weeks in February. Although the air is cool at that time of year, the sunshine is just the right medicine to make you feel better and a good escape from the cold upstate New York winter.
The condo is easily located off S. Atlantic Avenue and not far from all services. Groceries, drug store, restaurants, and of course Walmart just down Rt. 44. There is a convenient parking space provided directly in the front which was very convenient to load and unload our bags. A word of caution for the physically disabled, there are several stairs leading to the apartment with no elevator but its really not a challenge if your ambulatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with items to prepare your own meals which we did many times during our stay. It’s a little on the old side and could use an update but it’s clean and very functional. The owner has provided plenty of towels for bath, pool, beach, and other bed linen. The complex has a nice laundry room outside the apartment just a few steps away at minimal cost with plenty of machine so no waiting. The two bedrooms are nicely decorated and the master bed comfortable. You can see the sun rise from the master bedroom and living space and amazing sunsets from the spare room and kitchen. The entire apartment is carpeted which makes it extremely quiet and cozy. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. You will find the location is very relaxing and best of all it has a nice view of the ocean with direct access to the beach.
Overall I would recommend staying at this condo as we enjoyed being here and would not hesitate to book again.

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach!
The condo was comfortable for our family of five and was equipped with everything we needed inside the condo and at the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for our beach days. The kitchen was stocked so we could easily prepare meals and the location was great for those nights we wanted to dine out. Overall, a very nice property!

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Nice swimming pool.
Nice view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony and the living room. The house was very clean and very well equipped. It looked really nice and was very comfortable. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and the beach towels. The kids loved the swimming pool. The ocean is just two steps away. No cars are allowed on this stretch of beach. The manager, Sue is always available and super helpful. There is a laundy room just outside the unit. Parking was no problem since every unit has its own covered space. Sufficient shopping nearby.
