Why should you rent this condo? *Professional remodel in January 2020 *King Bed in both Master and Guest Bedroom #2 *2 Queens in bedroom #3 *Consistent 5 star reviews from guests *A commitment to 100% guest satisfaction We recently remodeled the unit and continue to make frequent upgrades. We replaced and updated practically everything including new appliances, countertops, flooring, window treatments, furniture, and bedding. We put HD flat screen TV's in each bedroom. This remodel underscores our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in the property AND our customer service. My goal is for every guest to write a 5-Star review on VRBO. We are committed to doing what it takes to attain that level of guest satisfaction. Located on the 12th floor and overlooking the pool and gulf waters, the balcony is appointed to entertain friends or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The 12th floor is high enough to enjoy the views and beat the noise; perfect for relaxing all day. You won't find any plastic furniture here. There is a table with seating for six, a side table and two very comfortable chaise lounges. Don't settle for less! Also included is a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has sliding doors that go onto the balcony and a king size bed. My daughter and I stayed the week on this beautiful condo. Easy access to everything you could need. Short stroll to the beach and the pool. Property manager was easy to work with and answered messages quickly. Would absolutely come back again!

We had a wonderful trip and were quite comfortable in this condo. Some of the pictures are dated as the owner has been making improvements to the furniture and decor. If I had to give critique, I would say that the kitchen supplies could be improved with a better variety of cookware sizes and we wish there had been more seating capacity at the table as there were only four chairs.
Other than that, we were very pleased and would definitely stay again. The owner was very friendly and responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

Excellent location and very comfortable accommodations. A little short on kitchen utensil with only 2 small frying pans and no md-sized pots with lids. Overall great place to vacation.

Overall we had a really nice stay at this condo. We loved the view of the beach and the large pool! There was plenty of room for the six of us. The only issues we had was the dryer did not dry well and the dishwasher did not clean well. The condo also could use a deep cleaning. These issues did not stop us from having a great trip!

Communication with the owner was great. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Like a month before time to go & wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make the trip or not. The owner was excellent & compassionate to my situation. I wasn’t able to give him an answer by the payment deadline and he was patient until I could let him know something for sure. My only complaint would be I wasn’t told there was construction going on at the property. Therefore the pool was closed and so was the gym. 2 things we had planned on having. But we made the best of it. My husband drove to Gulf Shores each day for his work out. He found a great gym there. I know this isn’t Mr. Heith’s fault but it had a very musty smell when we arrived and the living room table had Lots of dust all over it. So his cleaning crew may need to step their game up. We bought candles and made the best of it. The washer flooded the kitchen the last night we were there, we let him know the following day. Overall it was a nice place and I would for sure Stay there again if given the chance.

We arrived o Saturday nite, June 13. The accommodations were great. There was plenty of room for my family of six. The balcony gave us beautiful views every morning and nite. The owner was a true gentleman. Thank you Heath for a vacation to remember.

Great getaway for large families

Pre-Memorial Day Week
We had a perfect view, but the Condo, not so perfect. Let's start with guest bathroom. Mold on the ceiling. Shower Curtain doesn't cover the full length of the shower so water ends up on the floor. Only one shower bar when multiple people shower and the shower curtain bar it too tall to reach for those of us who are vertically challenged.
The toilet is NOT secured properly. It rocks from side to side. The sink doesn't have enough counter top space to place your things that go in the bathroom.
Next thing is we had to replace at least eight light bulbs throughout the whole condo. Now good news is there was spare bulbs in the laundry room shelves. But, that's a lack of attention to detail on the cleaning/maintenance/ownership crew to ensure those little details are not a hassle for their guests. Replacing one bulb isn't an inconvenience, replacing eight is a pain. I know there were more in the kitchen area that need replacing, but I'm not climbing on counter tops to replace them.
Some light switches we learned late in the week, control electrical outlets. So when you go to bed and you've plugged up your phones, or ipads for charging over night, and you shut the switch off, your electronics doesn't recharge. Probably need to let your guests know this info.
Also, both showers need grab bars for senior citizens with certain handicaps. It's wonderful walk-in, but for those with balance issues, they need that stability.
One suggestion is maybe a bigger water heater or the tankless system. It seems daily we ran out of hot water between both shower and dishwasher running. Needless to say, the pots and pans were not clean. Neither was the blender or some plates and drinkware.. We washed about three loads just to ensure we had clean utensils, plates, glasses and cookware. There is never any excuse for those issues. It made me weary of the towels, so we washed all towels just to be sure. The dryer has heating problems too. Most instances we had to dry all things twice, because they didn't dry the first cycle which shows 80 minutes.
Next I noticed Junk piled in the closets. Extra chair, bedding, etc... and we needed the space. Those kind of things should be in storage, not closets that we are going to use.
The condo has a ton of potential, but needs these issues to be corrected to be perfect.
