The 3rd floor master bedroom has a king sized bed that makes you feel like you're in the tree tops. Perfectly located on a quiet corner across from the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge Marsh, just 600 feet from Goose Rocks Beach, a three mile long sandy beach considered one of Maine's finest. Conveniently located, our home is a short walk to GRB General Store and the Tides Beach Club Restaurant. There are hardwood floors, granite counter tops and abundant natural light throughout. The first floor features an open concept living, dining and full kitchen area. The 2nd floor has 2 ample bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds, and there is a full bath with tub/shower. The 3rd floor features the master bedroom, a 2nd open bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a small seating area - a spectacular morning coffee spot. Other amenities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, outdoor enclosed shower, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal grill. This property is a licensed Short Term Vacation Rental by the Town of Kennebunkport, Registration Number STR21-00126

We really enjoyed our stay in Kennebunkport! First time to this part of Maine and the location of Paul’s house was great. Really easy access to the beach! House was super clean and we really liked the setup. Paul was a great guy - made it easy by meeting at checkin, made sure we had everything we needed and even sent a handful of recommendation for food/activities. It was great being a walk from the Tides Beach Club too. We’d definitely go back again.

Quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to the beach. House had everything you would need for a Maine vacation including a lobster pot! Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house is meticulously maintained - very clean and updated. You have everything you could need, including a very short walk to the beach. The reservation and check-in process was clear and simple. Paul is very responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable vacation spot!

We had the best week at GRB! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was great having 3 full baths and an outdoor shower - made a huge difference with 7 people getting ready all at once. The location can't be beat - so close to the beach with a beautiful private entrance. Paul was great to work with - very responsive and helpful with any of my requests or questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Very close walk to the beach, general store, and Tides Beach Club for a cocktail. House was clean and spacious. Do plan to bring bikes, beach gear, linens, etc. Paul was very friendly and communicative.

The house was perfect for our 2 families with a bedroom/bath floor for each. We rented linens from Cottage Linens at the owners suggestion and they were there waiting when we arrived - it made things super easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, nice sunsets over the marsh in the front. Highly recommend.

Going anywhere during these times can be nerve recking but Paul’s home was beautiful and so clean and we didn’t have any reservations at all. Paul was wonderful and checked in on us to make sure we were happy enjoying our time. The home was enough space for our two families and a 2 minute walk from the beach which was nice with 4 littles. We will definitely be back again.

My family and I had a perfect week staying in this home! The house was super clean, plenty of room, and in a great location. Each level had plenty of room for our group (6 adults and 2 kids). Paul met us at the house and took us through which was much appreciated. It was a great getaway!
