This immaculate beach house is located in the sought after Tides Beach Club area of Goose Rocks Beach. Private yet only steps to nearly 3 miles of white sand beach. You will want to make this your beach house rental for years to come! With a unique 'reverse' floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath are located on the main floor and the cathedral ceiling living room, well-equipped kitchen and primary bedroom with ensuite bath are located on the 2nd floor. The living room opens to the outdoor deck with gas grill and outdoor furniture. The beautiful maple tree in the front yard offers privacy and the feeling that you could be in a tree house! Great spot for your morning coffee and evening meals. Enjoy the third floor loft area with skylights and comfortable seating. Children love this area to watch TV and play board games. Stay here! This very comfortable and well stocked home is a delight. A short walk to Goose Rocks Beach - an unspoiled long stretch of sand, water, distant rocks and pretty sunsets. Walk to The Tides Inn for a delicious dinner. A fun bar area too. Kennebunkport restaurants and shops are a short drive. The property hosts could not be more kind or accommodating. I enjoyed it all.

Best GRB stay yet!
This is such a comfortable, well-designed and well-appointed property! With a main floor for gathering to share meals, visit and play games and two other floors that allow for spreading out a bit, this was the perfect location for us and our grown children to spend time at GRB. The location/distance from the beach is ideal and Sharon and Mic are wonderful hosts and neighbors. Sharon's responsiveness and efficiency is wonderful. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.

Appreciated all the extras- paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap etc. all we had to do was bring ourselves!!!

Perfect stay
As children my siblings and I had many wonderful vacations on Goose Rocks Beach. 47 years after our last family trip to GRB we decided to rekindle our memories. Thanks to Sharon and Mic our trip couldn't have been better. Their home is perfect- spotless, comfortable, and equipped everything we needed. The location is great, on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the beach. Sharon and Mic are wonderful hosts, full of knowledge of the area past and present. Our vacation was so great we're already planning our trip back!! Don't hesitate with this house.

Wonderful stay!
We lucked out due to a cancellation (prime week in August) and could not have been happier with the home and location. We visit KBPT often but this was first time renting walking distance to GRB. It was a perfect family get away for our family of four. House is well stocked and we didn’t search or want for anything while there. Hosts are excellent and easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to return!

Lovely home away from home
I will add my voice to the many who have raved about Sharon and Mic's property. The house was immaculate when we arrived and very well stocked. (We took full advantage of the lobster pot after our almost daily visits to Wolff Farm and Lobster Hut near the house.) The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach perfect for watching the sunset and moonrise. If you go in the evenings, you will find many people walking their sweet dogs, and everyone is just so friendly. It's also just minutes from excellent restaurants and galleries in Kennebunkport (be sure to check out Alysson's for their clam chowder and lobster pizza) and just half an hour from the more touristy Ogunquit and Perkins Cove.
But what really sets this property apart are the owners. Sharon could not have been more helpful with an issue we initially had with VRBO, and both she and Mic made us feel like part of the family from the get-go. They were also extremely helpful when it came to recommendations for excursions and local attractions. We travel a fair deal and have stayed in many well-appointed places, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property. If you find yourself in the Kennebunkport area, you will not regret renting this house. Thank you, Sharon and Mic, for a lovely two weeks in Maine! We hope that our paths cross again soon.

This house was great for 2 families with 4 kids. It's a short walk to the beach, where you can take all of the provided beach toys and chairs. The only issue we had was an unlucky few days of rain, but we were able to make the best of it.

Beautiful GRB home
We gathered to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation in our favorite place. We could not have been more comfortable with six of us. Home is very clean, furnished nicely and well equipped. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful few days at the end of September in Goose Rocks Beach. The house was sparking clean and so close to the beach. Everything was incredibly organized in the home. We would love to come back for another stay! Sharon made us feel right at home.
