Nestled in the serene Tides area, our charming property boasts a tranquil atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Take leisurely .2-mile stroll to the pristine Goose Rocks Beach, enjoy happy hour at the Tides restaurant or immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Maine's Rachel Carson reserve that envelop our spacious backyard. Your getaway begins here. Cottage Highlights: Comfortable Accommodations: With 4 inviting bedrooms, AC and blackout curtains, our cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and enjoy peaceful nights of rest and sweet dreams. Fully Furnished: We've thought of everything you need for a carefree stay. Our cottage is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Entertainment: The open-concept living area boasts a new cozy sectional, swivel chairs, a large Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, and a dining area that seats 6. Watch a show in private on a different Smart TV in the twin bedroom. Enjoy music in the kitchen with high quality sound on Google Home Pod. Outdoor Delights: Savor alfresco dining on the back porch with a large table and umbrella. Lounge in the outdoor furniture and unwind in the tranquil surroundings as you listen to birds sing in the morning or watch breathtaking sunsets over the Rachel Carson Reserve. Additional Amenities: Propane grill, window air conditioning, smart thermostats, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, Google Home Pod, window or tower fans for each room, washer and dryer, drying rack, clothes line, and cabinet filled with puzzles, games, and a bookcase filled with books. For the beach and outdoor enthusiast we provide beach toys, shovels, buckets, sports balls and bocce. In the shed are 5 bikes, plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and beach tents. Pet Policy: We would consider one small dog (1 year or older & less than 25lbs). An additional $25/day will be charged ($175/week) along with additional cleaning fee. Please contact the owners to discuss this options. NO pets are allowed unless it is discussed with the owners prior to signing an agreement. Local Attractions: Explore hiking trails, including the famous Timber Island reachable at low tide. GRB is a prime location for Striper fishing, fish from the shore or charter a trip nearby. Goose Rocks Bay is a wonderful location for Kayaking, Kayak rental is available locally. Wolff Farm & Lobster: Savor fresh lobster and seafood, enjoy the experience of cooking at home, or have it cooked to order and pick it up just a few miles away. Enjoy fresh eggs and vegetables from local farmers. Tennis and pickleball courts available in the GRB community house Experience stargazing under Maine's mesmerizing night sky. Our Maine cottage offers a private and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Book your stay today and create cherished memories in this idyllic retreat. It was wonderful to stay at the cottage, which had everything we needed. You can literally see the path onto the beach from the front door of the house, which was perfect for morning walks. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely - the only sounds were of birds and dropping acorns. Thanks for a super stay!
