Comfortable Accommodations: With 4 inviting bedrooms, two AC window units and window fans, blackout curtains, our cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and enjoy peaceful nights of rest and sweet dreams.

Fully Furnished:
We've thought of everything you need for a carefree stay. Our cottage is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures.
Entertainment: The open-concept living area boasts a cozy sectional, swivel chairs, a large Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, and a dining area that seats 6. Watch a show in private on a different Smart TV in the twin bedroom. Enjoy music in the kitchen with high quality sound on Google Home Pod.

Outdoor Delights:
Savor alfresco dining on the back porch with a large table and umbrella. Lounge in the outdoor furniture and unwind in the tranquil surroundings as you listen to birds sing in the morning or watch breathtaking sunsets over the Rachel Carson Reserve.

Additional Amenities:
Propane grill, window air conditioning, smart thermostats, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, Google Home Pod, window or tower fans for each room, washer and dryer, drying rack, clothes line, and cabinet filled with puzzles, games, and a bookcase filled with books. For the beach and outdoor enthusiast we provide beach toys, shovels, buckets, sports balls, tennis & pickleball racquets, cornhole and bocce. In the shed are bikes (5), beach chairs (8), beach wagons, beach umbrellas and beach tents.

Pet Policy:
We would consider one small dog (1 year or older & less than 25lbs). An additional $25/day will be charged ($175/week) along with additional cleaning fee. Please contact the owner to discuss this options. NO pets are allowed unless it is discussed with the owner prior to signing an agreement.

GRB is a prime location for Striper fishing, fish from the shore or charter a trip nearby. Goose Rocks is a wonderful location for kayaking. Kayak rental is available locally. Wolff Farm & Lobster: Savor fresh lobster and seafood, enjoy the experience of cooking at home, or have it cooked to order and pick it up just a few miles away.
Enjoy fresh eggs and vegetables from local farmers. Tennis and pickleball courts available in the GRB community house with membership. Experience stargazing under Maine's mesmerizing night sky.
