The open concept living and dining area will make you feel as though you're sitting on the beach. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private deck and unequaled panoramic views. The second bedroom which sleeps 4 with a queen bed and twin bunk beds has views of the ocean. The 3rd floor suite with a queen bed and en suite 1/2 bath is a cozy get away with amazing unobstructed views. The house has cable television, wifi and parking for 4+ cars. Board games, puzzles, and beach chairs are available for tenant use. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. Take a few short steps out your front door and down your private stairs to fabulous Goose Rocks Beach. With nearly 3 miles of sandy beach, there is something to do for everyone! Walk to the rocky islands in front of the house at low tide, wade in and find interesting sea life in the warm tidal pools at mid tide and swim in the waves at high tide. When the day is done fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and awake to the morning sun glistening off the ocean. Relax and enjoy a cool drink in the oversized deck chairs while cooking lobsters in the fully equipped kitchen or steaks on the grill. Dine on the deck at sunset. Walk the beach to the General Store or visit nearby Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport for excellent dining, great shopping or an offshore adventure. Then return to your private beach retreat. Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic long weekend away. No smoking or pets please.

We used the property primarily to sleep and shower as we were gathering at another home a short ride away. The mornings were beautiful though as were the evenings! Loved the beach.

We had a great stay on Goose Rocks bay. The property was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. The house came equipped with everything we needed. My wife and I wanted a relaxing new england gettaway after our daughter's wedding. Easy to get around and do all the things we wanted to. Eat lots of lobster w a few cocktails, shop in Kennebunk/port, take a jaunt to Freeport for more shopping...and do some boating out of south Portland. It was a great vacation. Lydia was easy to communicate with as well. Thanks to the Mason family for their hospitality.

This property is phenomenal! The views are spectacular and the house was so clean and very spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the quaint little town of Kennebunkport too. We enjoyed the full moon and the tides while there. Will definitely go back if we can.

Lydia made it so very easy to rent her home. She answered all our questions and had wonderful information about the area. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The views from the house were amazing. The location of the house provided constant entertainment just watching the changes of the tide out back. We are able to check “Beach House in Maine” off our bucket list now, but would love to come back to Goose Rocks someday soon. Wonderful trip! Thank you Lydia and family!

We loved our stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house and location were perfect and being able to walk right out to beach from the house was so nice. Loved exploring the tidal pools at low tide and visiting Kennebunkport. Ideal location between Portland and Ogunquit, allowing us to visit both. Lydia was very responsive to any questions and the whole experience was seamless. Will definitely plan a future visit!

The whole experience was a success, from the first exchanges with Lydia to our last day on this magnificient beach. The house was very spotless, everything we needed was there, from the kitchen to the linens and towels to the beach chairs. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm, the beach is clean and is not crowded. The house was beautiful and the location outstanding! We enjoyed walking along the beach and watching breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The owner is very responsive and ensures that everything was in place to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

I stayed here with my family of 6 in September of 2021 and it was absolutely wonderful. We fell in love with the house and the beach immediately upon entering. We have traveled all over the world and this quickly became one of our favorite big family vacations ever. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The views, and sunrises were amazing from all three floors of the house. We loved it so much that we decided to go ahead and book for next year while we were there!

I've been coming to the GRB area for 40 years and this house is about as well located as you could have. It happens to sit right in front of the section of beach where the tide recedes the most at low tide. This makes for a unique beach walking spot and just adds a nice touch to a lovely home. A nice spot for sure.

This property is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and the rising sun makes waking up early worth it. We were staying here with our son who is 3 and our friends with their 3 year old and 8 month old. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group. They are spacious and clean. Having 2.5 baths made it easy for everyone to have their own space. You cannot beat the location. Being able to walk out the sliding doors and walk down the staircase to the beach was incredible both for us and our children. Only tip: bring extra bug spray, as the time we were visiting it was extremely buggy with mosquitos and flies, which is to be expected. Lydia was extremely quick to respond to all questions both before and after our visit, and very kind to us. Kennebunkport is amazing and very close with lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for all reasons!

The house was clean and airy with plenty of room for the six of us! We found out from our daily walks on the beach that the location of our house was one of the best along our walk. No sinking sand and it wasn't as smelly as other parts of the beach were - blessings for sure! The kitchen is small, but we didn't cook much so it wasn't a problem for us. Loved the House!!

The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable with breathtaking views of the surf. It’s close to Kennebunkport and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. The host was wonderful in terms of communication-very friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for more!
