From start to finish, this was the best experience ever in my 4 years of traveling to Mexico beach. The place was beautiful, all amenities, and i really loved the daily umbrella and chairs service! We love to surf fish, and relax. No better place to do so. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone and we will be back!

The unit has beautiful high end decor and appliances and the linens and towels are high end too. It is very comfortable and homey feeling. The owner goes above and beyond to please you and make your trip extra special and is very quick to respond to questions or requests. Location is perfect, across the street from a beach access and has a great view of the water. As for Mexico Beach itself, people were friendly and welcoming, restaurants were very casual but we had some awesome food… especially at Cat 5 and Jo Mama’s. All around a wonderful vacation experience!!!!!

We really liked the condo! My fiance is very anal retentive about showers and he was super bothered at the mold in the mater- bathroom shower. All it needs is a spray of bleach at each "cleaning" and it will no longer be there! There was also a drip in the shower, that is likely the culprit too, so fixing that would help!

We really enjoyed the property and the location was great. Just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach!. Our only complaint is that the restaurants in the area are not that great...it was hit or miss. Maybe if we drove to Panama City we would have had a better experience. Otherwise, no complaints!

Our first stay in Mexico Beach. This off season time of the year was the best! Our Unit 403 was stunning. Lots of thought went into the design as well as all your basic needs. Loved the fabulous view of the ocean. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
