Look no further, "Sea-chele" (formally known as Parks Place) offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep 8 people! With gulf views, this newly renovated townhome gives you the quaint coastal vibes, beautifully decorated with modern amenities, and just a short walk to the sugary white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach! The laid-back atmosphere of the Forgotten Coast has so much to offer, world-class fishing, miles and miles of beaches to explore, local shops and eateries, and we can't forget about those breathtaking SUNSETS! It is time to rediscover this small, family-friendly community, nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City Beach offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and long, relaxing days on the pristine, uncrowded beaches. Need more space? "Shore Beats Work" is located in Unit B next door and has 2BD/2.5BA, sleeps 9. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. Approximately 500 feet away from this coastal home, you'll find yourself at the pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of sugar white sand. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sun-bathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner. Parking: One vehicle may be parked in the carport. A second vehicle may be parked right in front of the carport. Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book. Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent. Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year. Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Security cameras: N/A Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. Area construction disclaimer: Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.

This was a great property. Perfect location to food and the beach. Beautiful views. Fully stocked kitchen. The beach accessories were amazing, having a wagon, chairs and even beach toys made for wonderful beach days!
A bonus is how quiet each condo is once inside. We are a family of four, with young children who can get quite excited, each unit had multiple people or many kids in them and we never heard each other once inside. Each unit also provides a lot of privacy in the parking, outdoor shower area.
We loved our stay and would definitely return!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and our stay at Parks Place made it amazing! The condo was beautiful and everything was shiny and new! We could see the ocean from the porch and the sugary-sand beach was less than a 5 minute walk away! We loved the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon to carry everything in. The kayak was a fun thing to do when the ocean was calm. We would love to stay here again!!

Average property. Very close to beach and nice access to places to eat and visit. The beach wagon was a life saver and we used it daily. The access to the bedrooms was a killer for my wife and I (71 and 69). Steep 15 step flight of steps after climbing 12 steps to access main living quarters. Also more toilet paper and trash bags would be a plus. Those two reasons are why I did not rate as an overall 5 or excellent. Thank you for always being available to answer questions.

This is our second spring break spent in Mexico Beach and this house, location, and view did not disappoint! We loved waking up the the ocean every morning and enjoying the view in the evening on the front porch. The house was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I plus room for more if we decided to bring another couple next time. We love how quiet the beach is. We never once fought a crowded beach for a spot. All the locals are so friendly. The food trucks are top notch. We are definitely making Mexico Beach a yearly trip for our family!

Parks Place is a Gem!
My family had a great time at Parks Place. The property is beautiful, nicely furnished, the beds are comfy! The kitchen is as described, but better! My husband and I commented several times while preparing each meal that the cookware/utensils provided were the best out any rental we've ever seen whether at the beach or mountains. Hopefully that doesn't change! You can tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into this property to share it with others.
The back patio is perfect for outdoor meals and the upstairs deck was great to watch the sunset!
This 2bed 2 1/2 bath townhome does not disappoint! We will return for sure!

Relaxing beach vacation
This is a very nice condo with a short walk to the beach. It is right across the street from Mango Marleys which is the main restaurant in Mexico beach at this time. There are other food places that are food truck type settings. If you are looking for a relaxing less crowded beach vacation then Mexico Beach and this condo are what you are looking for.

The walk to the beach was an easy walk and the beach cart, chairs and umbrella provided made our beach days excellent. The outside shower and water hose on the porch were handy to wash all the sand off after the day at the beach. Our only complaint was the master bed was too soft for our liking but we understand that is a personal preference. Mexico Beach is still rebuilding and construction sites are very present. We never had any issues with loud noises or anything. Overall the perfect week at the beach.
