About this villa rental
Situated in Sussex County, this lovely villa for $315 per night is a great option for your next break. SeaScape Villa was completed in early June, 2017, This is our 8th season! This custom decorated 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bathrooms Villa offers luxurious accommodations with plenty of living space for your family with sleeping accommodations for up to 10. The first floor features include 10 foot ceilings, arched entryways, dining area to seat up to 12, also comes with a baby high chair, a gourmet kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two coffee pots (drip and k-cup) there is also a coffee bean grinder, a 4-burner cook top, oven, microwave and gorgeous cabinetry. The home has all new furnishings and luxury bedding throughout the home. Tile flooring and soft carpets adorn the home throughout. The first floor has two master bedroom suites; the master king bedroom comes with a king bed, a sitting area, HDTV, walk-in-closet, and large private full bathroom with dual vanities, tile shower and flooring. The queen master suite includes a queen bed, HDTV and full bathroom with tiled floor and tub area. Other first floor features include great room with fireplace, 55” Smart 4k TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and surround sound system. The half bath is located near the front entrance. The first floor laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, sink counter space and is located just off the kitchen. Just outside the Great Room, there is a large brick patio with table and 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and five burner gas grill. Just past the large brick patio is a grassy area with plenty of room to play games. This is a great place to sit in the afternoon shade and relax while enjoying a cold beverage after a day at the beach and pool. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with queen bed and HDTV. The bunk-bedroom comes with a twin over full bunk bed set, a rollout bed under the bunk bed, and HDTV with DVD player; The two bedrooms have their own private access to a Jack and Jill full bathroom with two sinks. Through the double French doors there is a private den with a daybed that can be configured as two twin beds or as a king bed. The upstairs also opens to a large loft area with a sectional couch that has a full sleeper. The loft also includes a 55” Smart 4k TV, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and surround-sound system. There is a fourth full bathroom with twin sinks accessible from the the private den next door and upstairs Loft. Bay Forest offers first class amenities including a world class clubhouse with fitness center, two area outdoor pools one with lazy river, miles of walking and biking trails, a marina for kayaking and canoeing, a free shuttle to Bethany Beach and more! Rate quotes for seven (7) day week include all taxes, fees, and Housekeeping before and after renting included in the price when renting for full week! There is a mandatory fee for use of community facilities which include the 2 pools, lazy river, and fitness center. This fee is $50/person/week for anyone ags five and older (about $7/person each day) + $150 Bay Forest fee for Registration in 2024, These fees are due January 14, 2024

Dave and Robyn‘s place did not disappoint. In fact we’d say the pictures don’t do it justice - the furnishings and decor exceeded our expectations and the whole family enjoyed our stay. Every room is spacious and the entire home was well cleaned. The Barone’s pay careful attention to the little details throughout that made our time there so enjoyable. We plan to stay again and would highly recommend to others!

Dave & Robyn’s home is in an ideal location near pools, the bay, trails & the beach. The home is very clean, comfortable & equipped with every utensil/gadget we needed for our family of 3 generations. This home is tastefully decorated & feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a family.

The community is well kept and the facilities are top notch.
The only disappointing thing was the shuttle to the beach did not run during the week.

Sea Scape Villa had all the comforts of home for our multigenerational family (infants through grandparents). It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It offered plenty of room to gather as a group as well as space to enjoy some individual quiet time. The outdoor patio provided a lovely area to enjoy morning coffee and an evening meal. The hosts were exceptional in regard to communication (both written and verbal) and were readily available to answer any questions. It was evident they put much thought into providing items their guests would enjoy for a beach vacation, including a bottle of wine to welcome us. We particularly enjoyed having bikes available for rides throughout the beautiful community. As well, our entire family enjoyed our time at the pools, crabbing at the dock and morning walks along the paths/trails. We are very much looking forward to returning again next year.

Dave and Robyn's home was tastefully decorated, spacious and convenient to everything we look for in a vacation home. The community was lovely and the feeling of being in a resort was great. We had all age groups with us - little ones, teenagers, and adults including a senior (me!!) And there was something for every one of us. A well-stocked kitchen made cooking family dinners a pleasure. The boys loved the loft space. It was truly a great experience and we'd love to stay again. The welcome bottle of wine was thoughtful and appreciated!

We stayed as a group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The house was clean when we arrived, and their was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and play games. Awesome facilities with pool, lazy river and slides that kept us busy on non-beach days. Would rent again in the future!

Couldn’t ask for a better place
I cannot say enough about this property . Dave and Robyn have thought of everything as far as stocking the home with exactly what you would need on vacation . The house is beautiful, plenty of room for a family to make memories. We traveled with our son and twin 14 month old grandsons, a couple teenagers , and my father n law. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and then plenty of room when everyone needed their own space. The patio space outside provided time to relax in the evening , grilling and playing corn hole ( we took our own boards ) . They provided ample seating outside for everyone. The location of their property in regards to both pools made it very convenient to put the twins in their wagon and walk there in 5 min to the one pool and 10 minutes to the kids pool while the older kids road the bikes that Dave and Robyn have supplied . All of the amenities that bay Forrest has to offer are located conveniently to the house . The kids enjoyed fishing in the many ponds located throughout and everyone enjoyed crabbing off the pier . As far as the beach location goes , you could take the shuttle that stops at the end of the street but we decided to just pack up the car and head over to the Indian River outlet beach . $10 to park car and they have lifeguards , changing areas , food, umbrella rentals etc. it was a beautiful place . If you are looking for a place down in Delaware to create family memories then definitely consider staying here . You won’t be disappointed and Dave and Robyn are there to answer any questions you may have . Definitely going back !

Recent Stay
Everything was great at the house. Enough room for 6 adults and 3 children. A lot of little things were already there that made our stay really easy. Only negative thing is the pool with the lazy river was only open in the weekends so we only got to use it once.

There was enough room for us to eat and gather together. And play charades with the grandchildren! The home was beautifully decorated in soft pastel beach colors. And, three adults and two children worked/schooled remotely during our visit. There were absolutely no hiccups with the WiFi! This was a great place to work and play. We enjoyed the amenities, too. Nature trails, fishing (catch and release), tennis, and two pools, one with a lazy river. It was like staying in a resort.All in all, this was a wonderful home and a wonderful week!

Communication with the host, Dave, was timely and informative from planning through the stay. He kept us updated on all changes as covid restrictions lifted. Absolutely gorgeous, spacious room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Nice kitchen to cook in and grill outside. Enjoyed both pools and the workout room during our stay. Location close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing house minutes away from Bethany Beach
We definitely recommend staying at this wonderful location within a great community, lots of amenities to explore and quite close to the beach. We really loved the house, feels like home and has all you could wish for especially being 2 families with 3 toddlers, really clean and comfy feeling. The renting process was smooth and the communication with the owners was perfect, we always had all the info we needed on the spot. Again, highly recommending it and hope we will come again. Thanks

Enjoyed our Beach Vacation!
The house is located in a new development surrounded by lots of trails and family activities. Nearby stores, restaurants and beaches. The space is layer out well where we were all able to relax and enjoy our surroundings. The house is clean, the owners were attentive and we all had an enjoyable time.

Nice townhome in a large new development with two pools (both open in normal years—one open in 2020), tennis and basketball courts, and a kayak/canoe marina. The home was very clean with plenty of space. Owners are very nice and answered questions quickly. Back patio is semi-private (opens onto shared green space).
