River Strand Golf and Country Club is the perfect golf and luxury-living community in the Greater Sarasota area. Welcoming guests is River Strand’s cascading rock waterfall entry and Tuscan-inspired gatehouse. Once inside the gated golf community, you will be struck by the awesome sight of our clubhouse and pool situated between the 18th and 27th greens, of the Arthur Hills designed course. River Strand Features a 27 hole Championship Golf Course, 8 Har Tru Clay Tennis Courts, Resort Style Pool, 24 Hour Fitness Center, pickle ball courts and much more! Our Brookside condo is located on the forth floor with a spectacular view of the golf course and Manatee river. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The eating area features a counter height table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular morning view or the breathtaking sunsets during suppertime. For those times when you prefer to eat outside, there is a fully screened lanai with counter height chairs and table to ensure an unobstructed view. We have set up the living room with top of the line Tommy Bahama, Beach House furniture. The master bedroom has the Tommy Bahama Island Estate bedroom suite. The guest bedroom is furnished with Kingston Coastal bedroom suite. The kitchen is outfitted with all the top quality dishes and accessories we feel are necessary for our guests to feel at home and be able to execute any culinary masterpiece. For those times when you aren’t outside enjoying everything Riverstrand and the beautiful Manatee county has to offer, we have provided a 55 inch LED Smart TV with direct access to the internet. Connected to this is a Playstation 4 with BlueRay compatibility. A 42 inch LED Smart TV is located in the master bedroom.

This 4th floor condo was really nice and in a great location. Decor was very appealing and it was also quiet with nice view of golf course and lake.

We enjoyed our three month stay at Bart and Linda’s condo. Their place is well furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our favorite meals. We loved the lanai that overlooks the golf course and Manatee River, and we spent many hours enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the amenities at River Strand, including golf, pools, and fitness centers. We love the location, being close to great shopping, restaurants, and the Gulf Coast beaches. Bart was very responsive with any questions or issues that we had during our stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful 4th floor condo at River Strand. Just the right distance from the elevator. Being on the top floor, you don't have furniture moving and footsteps above you. Very quiet. A large storage room offers beach equipment, 2 bikes and room for your items. Nicely furnished throughout including kitchen appliances. The lanai is screened to watch the golfers hit many an errant shot into the pond below. Birds of all varieties share the pond. There two River Strand satellite pools within walking distance. We enjoyed the endless bike paths within the River Strand complex. Too bad the 3 months at this wonderful condo had to come to an end.
